Right, today had toast for breakfast and a cuppa. Have been and brought some special K though so will have that from now on.

Am just eating a cheese and salad sandwhich. Did 3 cos it was either that or 2 and a packet of crisps.
Can't say I'm enjoying my huge glass of water, but will try and pretend it's vodka and get on with it.

LemonDrizzle · 07/06/2005 13:26

Have had my soup and cherries and I'm starting to feel quite hungry.

nutcracker · 07/06/2005 13:38

Hmmmmm don't feel like i've even had lunch.

Puff · 07/06/2005 13:55

So far today:

Bkfst
Bowl of muesli, s skim milk
plus 0% fat greek yoghurt

Elevenses
handful of strawberries
handful of cherries

Lunch
spicy chickpea soup, salad of tomatoes and basil with drizzle of olive oil
rest of the low fat greek yoghurt

We are allowed unlimited fruit and veg aren't we, because these are my nibbles when I'm peckish.

clary · 07/06/2005 14:46

Right I want to come back to this too.
Currently weighing about 10st 10 but will check tomorrow morning.
Would like to be 10st or even 9st something!!
My big weakness is snacking at home so the answer is no snacks in house!
Also will give up chocolate again (time to revert to chocfreeclary?)
BUT am about to cycle home from work (hurrah!)

(hello MI btw. How was yr birthday??)

yoyo · 07/06/2005 20:00

Okay. A good diet day for me. Weighed in at 9.12 this morning. Fruit and Fibre, half a banana and half a slice of toast for breakfast; ham and salad sandwich for lunch; spag bol for tea with yog for pud. Have drunk loads of water and munched on fruit. Have also walked loads (legs are aching).
Rest of stuff in day has been crummy so am going to bed soon so that I do not wallow in a glass of something to cheer me up.

Tissy · 07/06/2005 20:24

breakfast: half a banana, with some crunchy cereal and 2 tbs of bio yoghurt. No toast today.

lunch: ham sandwich, apple, glass of water

dinner: going to be mince+ tatties, I'm told. Dh under strict instructions to give me HALF of ehat he's having, not the same amount!

Couldn't get swimming AGAIN today, work finished too late.

Will park my car at the furthest corner of the carpark tomorrow, rather than right by the door.

WideWebWitch · 07/06/2005 20:27

Oh god, looks like I'm going to have to join this thread as well as long term slimmer as I am a fatty as cod so delicately puts it. OK, this is day 2 of no booze. Have eaten

2 pieces toast, marmite, dairy free spread
some strawberries
a large portion lentil hotpot (all the ingredients are vegetables though + lentils and only small amount of oil used so surely can't be that fattening)
1 small avocado
100g smoked salmon
1 apple
And no booze I miss it already and it's only day bloody 2.

Won't be posting my weight until it's less obscene. And can't bear to weigh until I'm sure I've lost some.

Puff · 07/06/2005 20:27

www, I'm not posting my weight either !

motherinferior · 07/06/2005 20:35

I've had: a bowl containing a small amount of muesli with semi-skimmed milk, raspberries, blueberries (both these last defrosted) and a banana

a piece of wholemeal toast with a smallish amount of hummus

another piece of wholemeal toast with lime pickle and sardines (yes, in oil but drained)

a pear

an apple

four dried apricots

a mango

two small pittas with a bit of hummus, and chopped cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

And now I'm afraid I am going to eat just one of my expensive birthday Belgian chocolates.

I've also walked a couple of miles, and cycled to the swimming pool (over a mile) where I swam 60 lengths (just four short of a mile) and cycled back...

charleepeters · 07/06/2005 20:37

ive had

1x 3% fat Muller rice for breakfast with a bannana in it

no lunch [sad[

dinner - honey mustard chiken breast, salad, few wieght watcher chips.

collision · 07/06/2005 20:43

I will join here as everyone else is.....I was on the Aloha thread of fatness but I think she posts here now.

I was 11st 13lbs last Monday but gave up all snacks and crisps etc and alcohol and less carbs in the evening and

I HAVE LOST 7LBS IN A WEEK!!!!!

I am now 11st 6lbs which is better. (I did have a baby in Nov and am still BFing but would like to be around 10 stone ish if possible)

I had cornflakes and sk milk for Bfast.

Scallops, mushrooms, courgettes and spinach for lunch, followed by LF pumpkin soup.

I did have a little icecream and strawbs tonight and a glass of wine but no dinner so that should be OK.

nutcracker · 07/06/2005 20:44

I knew you would say that about the cheese Cod
Thought we had some tuna in but had run out hence the cheese. Supose I should have really just had the salad.

For tea I had chicken stir fry but only a little bit.

Have drunk loads of water too.

Might have a yoghurt in a bit.
