I believe it was a celebratory offer for just that reason, soupy

SoupDragon · 23/06/2005 18:39

Quite possibly a "we've finally banned that little monster" promotion.

CountessDracula · 23/06/2005 18:40

Today

3 pieces of toast with marmite. I was putting off cleaning the house
1 piece of fruit bread (bad from GI pov)
50g smoked salmon with some capers
1 apple
3 slices of garlic bread, oops, bad gi too
Adn tonight I'm drinking, there's icy cold white wine in the fridge but am taking ds and a friend to the cinema first and must NOT eat pick and mix. It is For Children and it is fattening. I will take my chewing gum and have that instead.
No walking but have scrubbed my house and it took hours and hours so I reckon that was a bit of exercise.
