I'm doing good I hadn't planned to start a diet today so had a mozzarella and tomato bloomer for lunch but that is all I've eaten and I happened to make cabbage soup on Sunday so will have that for dinner tonight.

bubblerock · 06/06/2005 15:55

oooh ,I'm going to make some cabbage stuff too - I love cabbage!!

jampots · 06/06/2005 16:12

Ive had cornflakes with apple juice and a banana milkshake, and Sainsbury's bistro salad leaves. Plenty of water and about to start on the green tea!

charleepeters · 06/06/2005 16:14

charleepeters · 06/06/2005 16:15

idont look fat though does this count me as a bloater still?

jampots · 06/06/2005 16:51

when I had a 23" waist I was pretty much 10 stone - does this mean I was a bloater then?

marthamoo · 06/06/2005 17:09

Is it something in the air? I am 10 stone 5 again - from 9 stone before Christmas. Kind of glad it's not just me.

Milliways · 06/06/2005 17:11

Yes please - your plan sounds like the sort that I can follow!

Do you make your porridge with milk or water?

Do I HAVE to get on the scales tomorrow?

Enid · 06/06/2005 17:12

Okay, todays not been too bad although I'm on my second glass of wine! oops

No breakfast as up too late (ds up in the night) special k for lunch, yoghurt in afternoon, weird tea - new potatoes, grilled bacon (no fat), mushrooms & Onions, 4 pasta parcels eaten before I decided they were actually vile - looked and smelt like pasta with catfood in! Oh and 2 pieces of garlic bread which smelt so good I had to have

Cod - have to say Fish curry sounds vile!

Tissy · 06/06/2005 21:56

can I join too? I'm 8 stone 10, but was happiest/ healthiest when 7 stone 7, as I'm only 5'2". I'like to get below 8 stone again...

Have minimal willpower, but have cut out fizzies and crisps, have only a sandwich for lunch with a glass of water. Dh cooks dinner unfortunately, but doesn't know the meaning of moderation- spaghetti with smoked salmon and DOUBLE CREAM FGS. It was delicious .

Did mean to go swimming this pm, but garage took much longer toi fix my car than they anticipated, then dd needed picked up from nursery. Does half an hour pushing a 3 yr old on a swing count as exercise?
