I need to lose 8lbs but I'm up for 6lbs by July 1st. Not sure how well I'll do as I'm not overweight but over my normal weight due to giving up smoking at New Year. None of my clothes fit and I want to look ok on the beach
Current weight is 8.8lbs
Target weight is 8 stone
Please don't say 'you don't need to lose weight' as I am a small build and just want to be my usual weight to feel better! I'm going to try the kellogs diet and eat cereal for breakfast and lunch then have a proper meal for dinner with unlimited fruit throughout the day - My biggest downfall is crisps/peanuts & sweets in the evening, not really a chocoholic luckily.
