Well done!

bubblerock · 07/06/2005 21:51

As DH would say - 'what d'ya want, a medal?'

Sorry - Collision that's fantastic, I'm just jealous. Confession from yesterday - I shared a ripple with DS2 Today's been ok apart from the glass of wine in front of me, cereal without milk, cuppa soup, apple, jacket spud salad, beans with tiny sprinkle of cheese and strawberries with low fat yoghurt.

Not weighing myself again until Monday

collision · 07/06/2005 22:02

A medal would be lovely! What would I have got at WW for a 7lb weightloss?

aloha · 07/06/2005 22:03

A gold arrow thingy.
Too to say well done!
Grrrr.

an apple on its way to you .....

grumpymarthamoo · 07/06/2005 22:17

Chicken and huge salad for lunch.

M&S Count on Us chicken and pineapple curry for dinner (dh out, kids had pizza, I didn't eat any), Tesco Healthy Living naan bread. Feeling very virtuous.

Then blew it all again by eating three bags of crisps.

Aaaaaarrrggghhhh!!!!

grumpymarthamoo · 07/06/2005 22:17

Sorry - well done collision!

jampots · 07/06/2005 22:42

Well done collision! I have to say I don't think (although I am not leader, sorry to butt in cod) some of you are eating enough are you? If you eat too little surely you do that starvation mode thingy and just put it all on again just as fast don't you? Plus aren't you starving so therefore blow it totally a couple of days later? Please do correct me if I'm wrong. And hey, I'm still fat so maybe I should shut up right now, whadda I know?! (But I do know wine/butter/bread/olive oil has been my downfall over the last 2 months and if I stay off them now I will lose weight, easier typed than done).

oliveoil · 08/06/2005 09:36

Oi, I am a good oil www not a baddy, it's those upstarts vege and sunflower you have to watch out for. And lard.

jampots · 08/06/2005 09:49

i have put on 2lbs!!!! but have my period so please god this time next week I'll be lighter

WideWebWitch · 08/06/2005 09:52

OO I know but one can have Too Much of a Good Thing

WideWebWitch · 08/06/2005 09:53

Jampots, keep it up though, bet you'll have lost after AF, I always go up before so I've stopped weighing until after as it's so disheartening.

I will admit, shamelessly, to an oatcake biscuit before going to bed last night. It was round 57 calories, I was hungry, and I wanted something food-like not sweet IYKWIM.

Am off to make virtuously delicious oil-free spicy lentil and spinach soup now.

Puff · 08/06/2005 11:12

Second the cherry recommendation - just make sure you don't eat too many unless you are near a loo all day .

Enid · 08/06/2005 11:23

have to bow off this thread

have had 2 choc bics already today

and havent weighed myself.

jampots · 08/06/2005 12:24

so far Ive had my obligatory bowl of cornflakes and applejuice and a "size of 10p piece" mini choc brownie (for the sake of flow)

hunkermunker · 08/06/2005 12:25

Noooooo, Enid!

I feel ashamed and guilty now!

jampots · 08/06/2005 12:26

am having makeral and salad leaves for lunch and poached salmon (in water and garlic) with broccoli for dinner

nutcracker · 08/06/2005 12:54

Ok I had my special K for brekkie (YUCK).

Have had nothing else yet except water.

Haven't got much in so dunno what to have for lunch, might have to be a cuppa soup or a salad sandwich (never had a salad sandwich).

Good news is though that I lost a pound so am 9 stone dead on today.

Oh one other thing is that I now have no choice but to lose some weight cos I brought a skirt that is a bit tight today. It was in a sale and I liked it so I brought it. It does fit but would look better a bit looser, so thats my goal for the mo.

motherinferior · 08/06/2005 12:57

breakfast as yesterday, lentil and spinach soup (no oil) for lunch with a piece of toast with tiny amount of butter, and an orange.

No idea what we'll have for dinner, that'll be the Crunch, won't it.

Enid · 08/06/2005 13:06

have just had large bowl of spaghetti with chili, garlic, olive oil and tomatoes

and a cadburys choc mini roll
