I ate three bags of crisps and two M&S all butter cookies. Ooops.

Puff · 06/06/2005 22:22

cod, lunch was minestrone soup (sans pasta bits in it) which is virtually zero cals. My crispbreads are 19 cals each - not so bad?

jampots · 06/06/2005 23:45

a smoked salmon and salad for dinner plus a kiwi fruit

hunkermunker · 06/06/2005 23:50

Enid, I am a bad influence:

Tonight we are having my favourite comfort food:

4 big garlicky Italian sausages, split, crumbled and fried with a pinch of chilli (only a teensy weensy bit as I am bf, but usually a nice big fat wad). Add a small glass of white wine and stir all the crusty bits in and cook for a few mins. Then stir in a big dollop of dijon mustard, add a generous slug of double cream and cook for 5 mins or so. Finish off with a big, big handful of basil leaves and toss with penne.

Puff · 06/06/2005 23:51

hunker, pack it in you naughty girl!

Puff · 06/06/2005 23:51

Love the sound of that though!

hunkermunker · 06/06/2005 23:52

Am a shocker and no mistake

Go to bed, Puff or your magic lenses won't work

Actually, they will - hope so as haven't got mine in yet! Going to put them in now

aloha · 07/06/2005 09:23

Hi, have lost 3lbs this week on a modified version of the coddiet. By modified I mean a vast bucket of wine on Sat night (Thank you VERY much MI. Huff!) Some peanuts (Dh's fault) and a very small bit of cake stolen from my friend in nice local cafe.
But pleased. 13.1 now. Will get past the 13 stone mark by next week. Had Bran Flakes for breakfast.

ok cod, will eat larger lunch as I get munchies mid afternoon, but have plenty of cherries in now to nibble on throughout the day. Good for clearing oneself out too .

marthamoo · 07/06/2005 10:32

Tomatoes and ham on Nimble (bleeergh) toast for breakfast. Tomatoes and ham fried in low fat cooking spray. Was rather nice actually and only 2 points (for any WWers interested)
