two slices wholemeal toast/tea
Snickers (oops!)
spag bol
no exercise (double oops)

Tues - 4 rounds of wholemeal toast
4 mint imperials
tagliatelle (again) with minced steak/celery/carrots/tomatoes - sprinkle of parmesan

situps and pressups

not weighing until Fri am!

Soryy your leader has been very absent an look you've all gone down hill
I was at the cricket last night ( fantastic) and dh has been working form home and I have nO kitchen units AT all so plates are stcked all over the house.
went to pphs today and had a lardy lunch - tortilla wiht salad and garlic bread although her ds2 ate most of it ( the bread)

she is radiant as ever.

Still holding steady at thoroughly lardy 13stone - however, suspect may weight in at less tomorrow as I feel a bit thinner. Still, I am 4lbs lighter than when I started, which is better than 4lbs heavier.
No wine yesterday. No wine today. Chicken in lemon & chilli and big salad for dinner. Homemade roast squash soup for lunch, with tiny bit of french bread. Lots of tea. One apple. Bloody Branflakes with strawberries.

Oh Lordy, where would I start...with thick ankles and go up to fat face? Actually beefy upper arms upset me quite a bit. YOu can persuade yourself that hte rest is all Nigella-ish, but the beefy upper arms are horrid.

breakfast: banana chopped with a little crunchy cereal and 2 tbs of NO FAT yoghurt (yuck)

lunch: cheese and cucumber sandwich (wholemeal bread not thick slices) a pear

not had dinner yet- will be a bowl of red pepper soup and a slice of wholemeal bread.

Swam 1000m yesterday, and last Thursday, too

You'd all be incredibly bored if I posted details of my lardy bits, it's most of them. My stomach depresses me the most though, it's one huge endless roll of blubber. Today

1 piece toast
an omelette made with 1 egg, some red pepper and a tiny bit of goats cheese, pan just brushed with oil
red and green grapes
1 pack soya bites (115 cal)
a snack a jack (50 cal)
1 pitta, with roasted veg in it. I smothered it in English mustard thinking I might be able to at least taste that since my cold is so, so awful that I can't taste anything but nope, not a thing. That's how awful I am, it's grim, truly grim. Must be man flu in fact. But I would email it to you if I could Enid, I'm absolutely not interested in eating, I've more or less forced myself to today.
