(Tis TOMP)I just signed up again to FF instead, I couldn't remember which email address I gave it, or which username

Anyway all is good here, went out for dinner last night to a friends and she cooked lowcal food, even had a pudding

I'm not due my weekly weigh in till Tuesday night, but sneaked on tonight to find a GOOD loss I won't divulge it just yet as it may change a bit yet

Today I had 2 slimfast shakes, 2 huge bowls of fruit salad, WW beef lasagne, peas, sweetcorn, carrots and mushrooms.

Hello! I'm back again - is anyone else still around? I managed to gain a pound while on my holiday, about which I am mightily pleased, as France is such a danger for a Lover of Lard such as I. I didn't seem to be holding back on the wine much, either, just the morning croissants and lunchtime baguette munching. Oh, and I even abstained from ice cream on some days

I've lost some since I've been home and am now at 65.4 kg. My next target (en route for 61.2) is 64.1, which would be a whole stone lost for me since mid May. I managed to get into some size 14 jeans that I had bought optimistically -even for then - in early 2003 and which were lurking in the wardrobe. They were almost comfy.

This evening I did Week 1, Run 1 of Couch25K so I'm feeling jolly smug indeed. It went more quickly than 30 minutes on my rebounder and it was nice to be out in the open air. There were no cries of "get the escaped hippo off the streets!" either, so it can't have been that bad to witness.

Hi everyone

Good work annner with your triumph over france's gastronimical delights! I have a similar story to report - a week in Spain and i've put on 2kg - which i'm really surprised about as i didn't hold back at all. Drank far too much wine and beer than is good for me but 'twas a brilliant holiday and i'm confident that 2kg won't matter ultimately. Now 57.6kg... about 5kgs to go until my goal.

AND the best thing was I even got comments on how trim and toned was looking

Hopefully everyone is off on their hols, or at least involved in summer holiday fun! x
