While I love LF philly cheese, it's not really cheese to me. I need chunks of cheddar.

Grated cheddar gives you the flavour and makes the cheese go further!!

Wasnt going to go today as it is half term and thought the boys would be a pain and I have nt tracked properly and not counted and excuse excuse excuse.........!!!

I lost 2.5lbs !!!!!!!!!!!! making a total weightloss of 10lb in 5 weeks!

I also admitted to only eating 18pts per day and she said I should be on 24 pts but needed to drop to 23pts.

she told me to eat more! Not sure if I can.

So we came home and I have had 2 rolls - 4pts, ham 1pt, mustard and salad. Am trying not to eat WW food as I want to eat normally tho I do have some bars and the yoghurts.

Since I came in from WW I have eaten a box of cheesy crackers

a bottle of white wine with DH. He had some and I cooked with some but drank most!

chicken with roasted veg and creme fraiche

a snickers ice cream bar

and now I do feel a bit sick!

points wise - no idea but will work out tomorrow.

Well done for the weight loss Gossip! Brilliant work. I agree with your leader about being careful not to eat too little but it sounds like you're doing great!

I know what you mean about the ww food. I made a chicken salad today and as a matter of principal I used a little olive oil when I cooked the chicken and made a yoghurt dressing - I'm still 3 points under for today which is fantastic as I am probably having dinner out with my mum tomorrow so it's nice that I have a few points to play with. And I went to the gym so earned 3 activity points as well.

I have a work lunch today. I had forgotten and I had hoped I could get away with something quite low key but... apparently not! Thank goodness I had such a good day yesterday.

I have been scouring the menu and think there's enough seafood I can get through it without going too overboard. I hope so. Sea bass looks relatively low points so I'll order that. They have scallops as well but I'm a bit nervous about what comes with them.

Arrgh!

Go anyway Kay - you only need to be there for 10mins and it will keep you on track too.

Seabass is lovely and quite low Bling. Lots of dressing free salad to go with it and you should be fine!

10mins?? I wish. I seem to be there about 30 as my group is huge. It doesn't start until 5 but the die hard people are waiting from about half 4. Maybe I should just go earlier.

Had my weigh in this morning ½ pound off - now 11 pounds in 6 weeks.

I really need to get back on track I was hoping for 2pounds each week - I have a health spa booked with friends mid June and a posh meal out end of June and want to fit into a lovely LBD I have...½ pound off isnt going to shift this weight fast

URGH!

I had my engagement drinks on sunday night and saw fit to not only drink my body weight in cocktails and then eat a couple of slices of pizza, quite a few chicken bites, chips and a few -big--bites- nibbles of a chicken royale from burger king - I'd been doing so well before

I have panicked and shaved 30 points off my allowence this week and gone crazy at the gym (dance class and treadmill on tues, pilates and aqua aerobics today, legs, bums, tums, treadmill and yoga tomorrow) so I hope I've managed to at the very least maintain as I really don't think I could handle a gain after losing 23.5lbs in 9/10 weeks!

I'm most shocked at how bloomin' guilty I felt the next day after scoffing all that though, I've never felt bad about eating naughty food before, I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing thou

am really wanting a loss of 2lb but will be happy if I manage to maintain but gutted if I've put on x

Just got back from WW!! I lost 1lb so that is my stone!!! I've lost 14.5lb in 7 weeks!!

wow weve all lost this week by the sounds of it - well done all.

Right Im on track for a "good weekend" lots of salad and fish I think and fresh fruit salad and NO WINE.

so 7lbs in 3weeks - only 21 to go

alas there is lots of booze this weekend - a school reunion and a huge birthday party

ahhhhhhhhhhhh

will try and stay off the BAD wine and stick to good G&SLT

i have no problem in saying it - someone has to get the ball rolling

6years ago i weighed 15stone and was size 18

11mths later i got down to 11stone and size 12 doing ww by myself at home

kept it off till now - but have been really bad this year and put on 2stone with too many nights out/takeaways - tbh i may have put on 3/4stone last year after my holiday but didnt think about it iyswim

therefore i was

a)13stone a few weeks ago and
b)now 12/7
c) want to get back to 11

i did get to 10/10 6years ago,but the extra 4lb loss made me look awful - though charts say that i could get down to 9.5/10stone for my height of 5ft 7 - but i would look awful

Well done everyone. We've all had really good weeks.

I weighed 14 stone 11 and size 16/18

I now weigh 13 stone 11 and a size 16 but can squeeze into some 14 stuff.

I want to weigh around 10 stone. I want to be a size 10 again so any weight that gets me into my size 10 clothes is fine.

I was 13 st 9lbs - eek!

Have lost 10lbs so am now 12st 13lbs.

Would like to be 10 st 7lbs

Started as a size 16 but am now a 14 and would like to be a 12.

DH made me promise not to become as thin as Amanda Holden!! so I said OK!!!
