Walking with the push chair. I have a Phil & Teds which is pretty heavy with them both in.

I do a lot of exercise in the evening after they have gone to bed. I either do an exercise DVD or go on my cross trainer.

Hi Girls exisiting and new ones!

I have my weight in this evening - couldnt go to my normal mornign class as at work so Im watching what I eat today in readiness for my weigh in tom.

I have a naughty day which is the day of my weigh in, on Sat I eat really lightly all day then splash out at night, Sunday I have a nice brekkie, full roast then nothing in the evening - as Im never hungry, if I am I have a cuppa and an apple etc..

Can I ask someone - Are we suppose to drink a pint of skimmed milk each day which we dont count?

I have just ordered a cross trainer, hired it for 4 weeks initially as it is the machine that I used to love at the gym....many moons ago... am going to put it in front of TV and sweat instead of eat......will be like twiggy in no time ....hopeful emotion.....

bottle - you are meant to use 2points for milk/yogs etc so if you are on 20 a day, you eat 18

i personally dont, i count what i use, which is normally 1/2 a pint for breakie/cereal so 1p

i never count milk i use in tea

I've lost 3lb!!!!!!!!!!! Just 0.5lb to go before I lose a stone since starting WW 6 weeks ago!!!!!

Just been for my weigh in and lost 2 pounds !!!

5th week total now 10.5 pounds Im well chuffed as havent done any exercise this week plus "aunt flow" has just arrived

Well done everyone - lets try and keep on track...Im now off for fish and chips as my treat for the week!!! Actually I have only eaten 4 points out of 21 so should be ok

i lost nothingbut i gained nothing as well

so i can live with staying the same, esp after the wine and curry

the crying must have shed some weight after all

so 6lbs in 2 weeks

I'm meeting up with some friends tomorrow for Lunch and nothing on the menu looks very WW friendly so I'm saving points everyday to counteract it.

a lot better thanks

kept to my points yesterday and as i am proxy parenting this weekend,my lovely mb brought me loads of salad and veggies as well as chicken, and ready meals (low fat)

i am on a roll now and had for breakie

banana 1.5
rasp 1

lunch sains bgty lasgane 6p and tons of veg

tea will have chicken and salad 3pts and then have a treat of a ww bar 1.5 and crisps 2 while watching britains got talent so days points will be 15

at a hog roast tom eve and wants some piggy in a bun so have saved 5 ps today

what are you all eating today?

Had rice krispies 1.5pts

Then DH and I went to Wagamamas and I had some noodle thing but no idea how many points it was. No booze tho and just diet coke. No starter and no pud.

Salad tonight 0pt

WW bar and yog later.

Must find out about the noodle thing. twas yum so probably high!!

then depending on size of noodles give 4p for them,and prehaps 1p for shrimp and 2p for chicken, (obv depending how much of each you had)veg will be free and then add maybe 1p for oil to cook it in so i guessimate 8p

I've been a bit naughty this weekend so now having to be very very good.

Might go and do 30 minutes on the cross trainer!!
