morning all - I had a DREADFUL day yesterday, had friends over for lunch and ended up eating the following:

breakfast NOTHING
Lunch Mushroom and goats cheese frittata with caesar salad followed by a choc mousse THEN ate 10, yes 10 M+S chocs that when I tracked were 649 cals they were only little as well....

Dinner was fruity cous cous and some cheese and baguette....

Also did "FAT ATTACK" dvd - like it, but house not big enough for the big combat moves.....also, despite knowing combat moves fairly well, I got in a bit of a pickle trying to copy as I am not that co-ordinated and struggled without a teacher in front of me to copy!!!

back on track today though due to 300 cals over yesterday (although I did "save" some cals monday and tuesday so maybe be ok)

toddler group calls!!!

Hi - sorry I have not been on for a while.

I lost 4lb this week (my weigh-ins are on Sundays)

I am really loving FF - it is so easy to use and keep track of what you eat.

As I am much more of a 'more frequent small meals' kinda gal than '3 square meals a day' - I input what I am going to eat in the morning and then use the remaining calories for snacks - does anyone else do that?

I am finding it ok - have eaten choc/wine and still lost weight - tis fab

Dozymare · 15/01/2009 13:24

ceebee this is why I like it!!!! I don't feel as if I am dieting per se, more changing my bad eating habits (ie huge portions and the occassional chocolate binge!)

what is everyine having for dinner tonight, I need some inspiration...............

Ceebee74 · 15/01/2009 13:28

Pasta and pesto here (for a change!)

You are right about the weighing - I wasn't doing it at first but I can now see why you need to - my scales have never seen so much use!!

Wolfcub · 15/01/2009 13:31

can i join in please.

current weight 13st 11lb
target weight 10st 7lb

target date - as soon as possible, food focus reckons 1st December

Exercise does make me feel healthy too, and I eat better and sleep better because of it. I know all this, so why don't I do it more often?

Question ladies, I am having a chinese tonight, any tips on a healthy choice? I usually have sweet and sour pork or chicken with rice (guess that will be boiled rice tonight!)

Ceebee74 · 16/01/2009 08:11

Jodie as far as I can remember, I think one of the 'healthiest' things at a Chinese is a Chop Suey (the one with noodles) - anything with sauces is not good, obviously fried rice is out...but chicken chop suey is pretty much noodles, chicken and veg - all good stuff .....but I would rather have a plate of fried rice than noodles tbh

Ceebee74 · 16/01/2009 08:12

I LOVE exercise I am a complete exercise bunny and find it really difficult that I can't get to the gym as often as I would like now I have 2 DC's!

I don't find it makes me eat particularly healthier but I do love it because it means I can eat more - I love my food!!

MABS · 16/01/2009 17:06

am with you re the exercise ceebee, swam ystdy, did hour spin today then 30min abs work.

jenniebee · 17/01/2009 21:17

Another question, sorry!! Why does my target date keep moving? Am i not entering food or exercise right?
