I am starting tomorrow - am currently munching my way through all the cr*p in the house as anything that is left at bedtime tonight is going in the bin!!

I am going to weigh myself on Sunday nights and am ashamed to admit my starting weight is 15st 9lbs .

My target weight is 12st so only 3 1/2 stone to lose........tis going to be long-haul I feel.

Dozymare · 23/01/2009 13:33

hello all - am still v.v.peed off that FF isn't working, have resigned myself to the fact that i need to do WLM. HOWEVER, am starting today and my official weight is 15st 5lbs (still the same as weigh in on FF Monday which just goes to show that I "need" to keep tracking. Haven't done officially, just in my head since FF went down and no weight loss which just goes to show)

Anyway, am forgetting what I have done in the past 2 weeks, and starting officially today......when is everyone else starting?

Ceebee74 · 23/01/2009 19:42

Dozy I started on Wednesday but entered my weight as of Sunday and am still going to weigh on Sundays.

We had tapas for lunch today so there is no way I can enter that into WLR - what to do??? I think I will just enter a (high-calorie) sandwich otherwise I will be well under my allowance today when really I have probably gone well over it Still having my wine tonight though

Hello, can I join in please?

my ds3 was born on 4th November and I started the diet on 1st Jan. My starting weight was 16st1 and my target is 11st 7.
Im doing Paul mckenna and so far im down to 15st 4 this morning. Ive just joined the gym this week too so with any luck will start to look like the old me soon enough!

Dozymare · 23/01/2009 19:52

what tapas did you have??? I LOVE tapas. already on wine, one benefit of not being able to breastfeed

I am going for Tuesday as really don't want my weekend ruined by the fact I have to weigh myself come Sunday. Also gives me Monday to be super good! Have only done 1x excercise this week though just have not had the time and the DVD has now got no sound and can't bear to do dvd without it.........stuck in a rut I fear....

Ceebee74 · 23/01/2009 19:57

Dozy we had a mix of everything - meatballs, garlic mushrooms, chicken wings, squid, potatos and so on and so on - was delicious! And obviously sharing it with such lovely ladies made it even better

I have decided to treat myself to chocolate after my weigh-in on Sunday evenings - gives me something to look forward to

Shame about the DVD - you must be so frustrated! I fear my exercise will be limited next week if DS1 does have chicken pox as he won't be able to go to nursery therefore I can't do my DVD's

ceebee yummy yum yum! you are very good only having chocolate after weigh in. That is my one day that I eat what I want(although still track to try and catch up)

TOnight having a take away curry - going for tandori chicken and salad which is good no??

howare the boys now????

missnatalie · 24/01/2009 15:28

DP an i are going out tonight for the first time since DS was born 11 months ago!! Im a little scared of going over my allowance. Were going to Frankie and Bennys but havnt got a clue what to have. Any idead?

BIL became my best friend today too. He said "jesus nat you've lost some weight". He's made my weekend .

Ceebee74 · 24/01/2009 16:21

Missnat makes all the hard work worth while when somebody notices doesn't it?

I heart F&B's so am of you going there! If you relly wanted to stick to the diet, then I would probably have either a pasta dish (a non-creamy one such as bolognase or another tomatoey one) or a steak with no sauce and a jacket potato or something...but if you haven't been out for ages, I would be tempted to not diet and enjoy the yummy food

Welldne Missnat that always helps you stay strong.
I am not strong I am weak and bad bad bad today. Consumed ALOT of alcohol last night and have eaten crap - including maccies ds today .
I'm out again tonight and it is my birthday tommorow so I am not holding my breath for any loss this week - oops!

missnatalie · 25/01/2009 14:08

Oh no i ate too much last night.

starters garlic bread with cheese and bbq chiken wings. All shared with DP.

mains Al Polo Calzone

An quite bloated and feeling like crap today.

Plus i weighed myself (stupid me) and i weigh 2lb more than yesterday.

Have got to be doubley good next week and do more exercise.

LadyBuzz · 25/01/2009 14:15

Woohoo I have managed to lose 1lb this week I think I must have danced the calories away!!
So thats my first half stone off - only 3 more to go!
Missnat don't feel bad we all need a blow out every once in a while. We just need to get back on track afterwards which we are all here to help you with

Ceebee74 · 25/01/2009 19:55

Ladybuzz I am still matching you pound for pound I have also lost 1lb this week which I am a little as I have been really good and also done loads of exercise.

But I knew this was going to be a long-haul thing so trying not to be too disappointed! I know I am losing weight as I am definitely fitting my clothes much better.

Missnat your dinner sounds yummy

juanitad · 26/01/2009 10:33

can't remember what i weighed last week as i was relying on FF to remember for me, but I think I have lost either 1 or 2lb, so still making progress. my grand total is now 6lb, so not long to go to the half stone mark! yay!

GrimbleTheResourceful · 26/01/2009 10:43

Hi All, can I just ask those that have signed up for the WLR site, are you paying by card? It makes me nervous that they automatically renew your membership and deduct payment unless you cancel by email first. I have visions of a monthly payment coming off my card for years and not getting any response from them.

I'm being over-cautious, aren't I?

Dozymare · 26/01/2009 13:35

hello all - well done those who have lsot weight - my official weigh in is today - also 1lb off making 7lbs or half a stone in total.......am v.pleased as have been crap sine FF went down. I am going to join WLM now, but before I do, are you all 100% happy with it???

Dozymare · 26/01/2009 13:43
