i know how you feel fimble but don't give up remember that saying.

A quitter never wins and
A winner never quits!

We need to make healthy eating a way of life because if we quit then we will never win!

We all deserve time off too and i am a great believer in a little will do no harm but a lot will will undo all the good we have done.

to maintain is better than to gain so keep ploding you can do it summers coming and we will all get out more.

try to find some thing not too bad for snacking fimbles that will help.

My friend eats snack a jacks all day she says she can eat 21 a day!

Not sure how good that is but have you 5 f&v and eat 10 shouldn't be too bad at least.

Thanks kidsrus - Its nice to know someone is there with a shoulder to cry on. I just cannot understand why I am finding it so hard, I have done it before and managed to lose two stone, so why can't I do it now. The last thing I want to do is pile it all back on again, but it is slowly creeping that way. The frustrating thing is that it all happens from 3pm onwards, I am fine all day. I will try really hard tomorrow to snack on snack-a-jacks and fruit and not the biscuits and crisps I have been having. Wish me luck

Hi girls. I've just started sore throat today. It was too much to resist having everybody ill here so there I go again! Foodwise - on and off, stopped feeling guilty having 2 ice-creams in the night time! Anyway, drinking herbal tea at the moment and hoping for the best. I hate beeing ill. Fimbles, please don't feel down, cheer up. We all have slips = little and big but we all in here tring to carry on. Guilt feeling doesn't help, just try to carry on as well as you can after you had a slip (or more then one). I believe you can do it. xx

well tonight i was stuck what to cook in my house i found a aubergene,a swede,a red cabbage,an onion,2 red potatoes,8 rashers frozen bacon, and a bottle of red wine.

So i chopped it all up every thing except the potatoes, threw it in a pan with some balsamic vinegar and a bit of brown sugar, cooked it in the oven for an hour along with the pots and it was scrummy.

my dd made strawberry jelly and angel delight so we said we were having a red day.

tomo its a green day using up the rest of the veg before fridays box arrives!

kidsrus · 19/03/2009 00:09

kidsrus · 26/03/2009 22:57

fedda · 29/03/2009 21:39

Sorry, not at the moment

kidsrus · 31/03/2009 21:06

whats wrong?

fedda · 01/04/2009 17:26

Oh, just I seem to eat all the things I shouldn't, that's all: ice cream, jaffa cakes, white bread, etc. All my clothes is tight again and when I went to M&S for clothes shopping and went to the dressing room I saw how my tummy hangs down! Horrible site and I do nothing about it, actually worse than nothing, I help it go that way because I can't be bothered and eat whatever I see. Easter is coming, so more treats. In Summer I'm not going to be pleased if I don't sift at least 4 kg and it's not going to be an easy task the way I'm going.

Fimbles5 · 17/04/2009 10:01

Fedda - I've been away on hols and its been manic at work so haven't been in touch for a while, and now feel really bad. I would never have left your last post unanswered, especially when you were feeling so low. Not that I can be much help as I totally understand and know how you feel. I have decided today that I can do this, and I would love it if you could do the same. We have done it together before. I have jumped across to another support thread that has recently started, as 'Jahan' appears quite strict and I think she will give me the kick I need. So please come and join us - lets work through this together X
