Good idea, Fimbles. We can all do that. let's all aim for a pound loss and then another one, keep going and loose as much as we need and keep up the good work!

Ds has tonsillitis so putting back grand plan for another week. Still having my cycling lesson tomorrow at 10am. Hoping Mum gets here in time for me to go out. Really at 69 yrs I should be looking after her not the other way around

It's nice for you when your mum can help and it's also nice for your mum to be helpful. the older people become the more they feel helpless and upset about it so enjoy your mum and don't feel guilty. I hope everything will get better for you,Starbear

I'm so glad. Well, it looks like I gained my kg back - that was easy. Didn't take me long at all and the weekend is coming and it's chocolate Valentine's. How can I say no? Well, have to wait again and then start. How is everyone? Oh, I'm sooooo hungry!

Well,it's back to me saying I'll start on Monday. Here goes I'll start on Monday.
Exercise wise it's going well circuits this morning and DH brought me a bike so I'm going to take more lessons and use it.
I haven't lost a oz yet BUT I WILL!
Going back to 5p for doing little things towards the goal. Great idea £1 for a pound or maybe a £5.00 will more of an incentive

Yippee i now have £2.00 in my pot as i have lost another this week.
I think the execise class helps.
my friend started ww this week and lost 8oz lucky begger but must admit she has a lot to lose.
I have gone back to porridge and using the slow cooker and steamer.
found a few nice recipies for parsnip cake and chocolate beetroot cake as long as i stick to 1 piece each time they are worth 3 pts.

well end of term is here and Im eating crap again
I hiked up to the top of crooke peak on sun and went to lbt last night.
hoping that i might get enough exercise this week to burn off that big mac meal and those crisps i ate this week.
having roast lamb tomo night with loadsa veg.

im dreading the scales tomo i will have to put the money back in my purse i suppose.
been active but tried to keep up with the family.
all my snack a jacks have gone as have the pop corn and pretzils i had.
lbt tomo and back to normal with school walks.
lets hope the next 6 weeks are good before the chocolate arrives in vast quantities! lol

Starting again today but really can't get into any real diet plans. Not really my style. have to take pack lunch into work for the next three days. I'm going to see if I can make some healthy low cal packed lunch!

things not too bad food wise but i have a virus which makes me feel s**t hoping the weekend will perk me up and the scales say im lighter due to lack of eating.

brrrrrrrrr its bloody cold here again and rain/sleet on the school run.
are we getting more snow or what?
well ive been to lbt again this week and feel my pelvis is tilting back upwards making me look slimmer.
weighed today and back to nomal weight at least i havent gainedlol

Thank you kidrus, I'm better today but my DH has a sore throat. When is it going to end? Another weekend spoilt I can tell. I forgot when I weight mself - I used to do it twice or more a day but I'm not looking forward to it. It's a bit like checking the temperature for kids, most of the time you know when they are too hot anyway, the same with weight - if my clothes is too tired, what's the point to llok at them scales? Well, I must be better organized with my eating ideas. It's always some kind of excuse - kids not well, kids on holidays, hubby not well, me not well, me well and happy - here comes ice-cream even in theses cold days! How is everyone? May be I should say I've lost some weight and make up a little successful story to inspire you? No, I can't lie to you girls, you want to know what I'm up to, don't you? I must get better at my plan and share the real success, not the fake one.

ive started snacking on snackajacks hoping they will help me lose.
special k for brekki
skip lunch
a couple/10 of gingernuts
bangers mash and onion gravy
ooodles choc snackajacks
bits of fruit too

must declutter again not only house but bad habbits lol

I really cannot do this and do not deserve to be on your thread - I have been lurking, watching you all with admiration, you all just seem to keep going, plodding along, and climbing back on the wagon when you fall off. What is wrong with me?? I am really struggling and am binge eating badly. I am fine all day but then stuff for Britain when I get home after school. I am not even hungry when I am eating, just eating for the sake of it and I cannot seem to stop. I am really fed up and am worrying what this is doing to my health. Any words of wisdom?? Oh, and well done everyone at least reading your posts is keeping me going X
