@thenewaveragebear1983 I have heard of Whole30, I considered doing it a couple of years ago and even downloaded some info (I don’t remember if it was a plan or something else). In the end I decided against it, I find it very difficult to stick to restrictions like that and was worried that I end up putting on weight. I should not eat gluten and still I end up cheating from time to time 🤦♀️, so I expect my Whole30 would be very short-lived.
