Like the idea of yoghurt or nuts mid-afternoon! Or yoghurt AND nuts! www - know exactly what you mean about eating enough - just been a busy day today!

lowcalCOD · 10/01/2005 18:35

nuts?
are you nuts?

OP posts:
tortoiseshell · 10/01/2005 18:36

nuts bad?

GreatBigFatHeiferEnid · 10/01/2005 18:36

nuts good for energy but arent they massively fattening?

www is that you finished for the day, what time do you go to bed?

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 10/01/2005 18:37

Oh good tortoiseshell, it just didn't sound v much. Have always envied those people who say 'oh I just forgot to eat, you know how it is.' NO I DON'T KNOW!

tortoiseshell · 10/01/2005 18:38

Forgot - I don't think so!

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 10/01/2005 18:38

Well only if it's only a few nuts obv. A very few. Brazils are 25 cals each but v v good for you and lots of people reckon that they fill you up so you don't end up eating as much at next meal. But I appreciate they're not a diet food per se!

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 10/01/2005 18:39

yes, I'm finished for the day. Go to bed about 10.30, 11pm. Will drink lots of water and read about fat Americans and thin Frenchwomen!

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 10/01/2005 18:41

I have the Slimmer mag Complete guide to calories and fat, it's great! Anything you want to know, do ask!

GreatBigFatHeiferEnid · 10/01/2005 18:41

wish I could finish. am stuffed and knackered, but have to cook dhs supper so will have some with him.

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 10/01/2005 18:43

Enid, ooh, if I was cooking again I'd have to eat some too. Dp is v annoying, he is 6'4 and doesn't put on weight whatever he eats. He has butter in the house but hides it from me, likewise I feel sure he has chocolate hidden somewhere.

sunchowder · 10/01/2005 18:47

I had acupuncture and a massage today..does that count? I wanted to exercise...

iota · 10/01/2005 18:50

sunny - did you bleed after the acupuncture? If so you will have lost a few grams

sunchowder · 10/01/2005 18:53

I always bleed after my acupuncture! Oh Good, maybe I did lose a little. I weigh several hundred stones (hence the kaftans), I am 5'5'' and I eat alot of things, I have weakness for food in general.

iota · 10/01/2005 18:55

well there you go girl - you've made a start

lowcalCOD · 10/01/2005 19:32
