Hello, back from work! Where they have sticky buns at break, and chocolate cake in the afternoon, not to mention roast dinner at lunchtime! BUT....this is me for today..

Apple, 2 satsumas, Salad bowl (tuna, fresh veggie sticks, etc etc), pork in cider (but no alcohol left so really apple juice), broccoli, one spoon rice. Glass orange juice, lots of cups of tea, 1 bottle (75 ml) diet coke.

Everyone's doing really well, and I don't think the occasional chocolate button matters,whoever it was had one! Haven't bought Heat yet - will do so tomorrow! Night all.

HOW CAN I HAVE BEEN 10.4 THIS MORNING? I WAS 10.1 LAST FRIDAY. THIS SERVES ME RIGHT FOR BEING A SMUG COW.

Help!! AF not due for at least another week. Someone please tell me you get water retention when ovulating. I have had a small bottle of Stella and a mini mars bar this evening because I am sulking. I also had a Starbucks caramel macchiato today... but did ask for skinny milk!

had pasta and tomato and onion suace with capers and olives yul, low cals but scoffed too much pasta in lieu I thnk

Am trying to be good this week - keeping well under WW points, as we're doing DIY Thai meal on Sat (and i daresay that there will be a fair few points in the coconut milk etc!)
Not weighing until Monday morning - get depressed if i weigh during week.

I need to add a couple if good-ish sins for last night. 3slices of fruity malt loaf, virtually zilch flora on them though, and 2 packets of those go ahaed apple and raisin things.....so 6 biscuits.

All that and a whole choccy button.......oooooo I'm such a rebel

weighed myself this am first time since monday, 10st 8 so i haev lost 2lbs!!! despite pig-out lunch yesterday with work colleagues (clary hangs head in shame).
Had mushroom adn onion fritatta for tea last night and then some fruit, no bread.
museli and fruit so far today and had to share cereal with DS2 so didn't eat that much of it.

I am still being good - salmon with stir fried veg last night and brown rice. STILL no wine - this makes it day 6. I'm v proud of myself for that.

Mr Puddle bought me a bar of fave ever choc last night tho (green and black butterscotch )and it's Bl**dy well sitting in the fridge taunting me today. Looked at cals (I never look at calories - look what you lot have done to me ) and it's a whopping 575 per 100g (it's a 150g bar )

I'm worried I'll have a blackout and wake up sitting in pile of choc wrappers beside the fridge smeared in choclit (as majorie would say).

I had cajun chicken grilled in the George Formby last night, with stir fry veg and (not so good) 4 potato wedges. However I did throw the leftovers in the bin, instead of picking at them an hour later whilst cleaning up the kitchen.

its a really basic recipe
soften an onion and garlic
add tom puuree adn stir till coated and just catching ( optional splash of red wine at this point)
ad a carton of passata a nd a dollop of (shhhh!) sugar adn I add tabasco
simmer till ite reduces ad turns blood colour

t hen reheat when pasta ready
i add olives, mushrooms capers whatever oytuy like

I'd never watched it before - was horrified by the months worth of food on the table. You must be desperate to offer yourself up to that amount of humiliation on national tv.
