That salmon sounds lovely Beety. I LOVE maple syrup. Could you tell me how it's done?

I'm a really boring cook so am struggling with intersting alteratives.

Ok so here's todays stuff.

Brekky-cheerios with SS milk. 1 cup of tea.

Mid morning-1 apple, 1 banana and few grapes.

Lunch-1/2 a tin of lentil soup with 2 krisp roll thingies (you know those little boat shaped things-rock hard....YKWIM?)
A few spoons of Mackerel from Ds2+3 plate. (BTW is my DS3 unusual to eat mackerel at 15 months, he and ds2 love it....I find it odd for children to like it so much)

Afternoon- 1 hard boiled egg.

Dinner-prawn stirfry that I struggled to eat because I cooked sooooo much. It's not bad though is it?.
1 raspberry yoghurt.

2 glasses of diet coke.

Oh god.......I've got to confess......I've been sooooo bad.......... I had......no I can't tell ....I'm ashamed......I had.......1 white chocolate button.............1 WHOLE BUTTON......am I to be banished from this group for all eternity

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 20:41

Thanks beety, yes, I think it's chicken breasts marinated from now on, no more roast chickens at all! Cod, bought Heat, ooh and aah at Kylie's cellulite, f*er at Brian McFadden for cheating on Kerry before they split and hahahahaha at all the pissed celebs! Cheered me up no end! Couldn't see any diet stuff though but who cares?! Emmatmg, that's a good day and hey, at least you didn't eat any more than 1 button! I was so tempted by chicken skin but just knew I'd tear the whole bird limb from limb if I even started on skin

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 20:41

There is a new profanity filter on here!

Blossomhill · 12/01/2005 21:19

1 special k cereal bar
1 packet of pasta and sauce (garlic & mushroom)
1 apple
1 small mozerella and tomato pizza express pizza (bought from Sainsburys)
salad
Lots of tea. Only have a grain of sugar in each cup though

lowcalCOD · 12/01/2005 21:24

apprently htats is a myth - it's the energy used up before that affects it.

wholemeal bread/peanut butter/mashed banana-breakfast
tom/cuc/lettuce plus cold roast pork
slipped a bit at tea as had prev found lovely recipe here for jamie oliver pork with pears and parsnips-it was nice-worth it! and did have some green beans too.
fat free yog.
Can I just wax lyrical about "good oil"-you can but it in waitrose, hemp oil, really good for you-like fish oils minus the taste. Tastes lovely and you can use it instead of olive oil-esp lovely on jacket potatoes. Suspect same calories but good for you (so cant count surely!)

Bad News About Peanut Butter
Two tablespoons of Peanut Butter contains 190 calories and 16 grams of fat - as much fat as in a Burger King hamburger. Peanut butter is a high-calorie source of protein. Two tablespoons contains about 8 grams of protein/200 calories, the same protein as 1oz of roast turkey with only 50 calories!

1 teaspoon peanut butter = 1.5 weight watcher points (10g =60 cals, 5g fat)

marmite has no points, 1 teaspoon jam has 0.5 points.

I am becoming obsessed.......

gingerbear · 12/01/2005 21:49

my ww database calculator needs a new battery

Kittypickle · 12/01/2005 21:51

Just back from WW, 4lbs off.

gingerbear · 12/01/2005 21:53

DH and I had very healthy lentil and veggie casserole with pasta for tea.

Not eaten lentils since uni.

My stomach is gurgling and DH has been farting for the last two hours, even the dog has slunk off to the kitchen in disgust. God it reminds me of the F plan diet, anyone remember that?

gingerbear · 12/01/2005 21:53

well done kitty!

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 21:55

well done kitty! Gingerbear, I do indeed remember the F plan although I've never done it. Glad I'm not in your house, ewwww! Wise words from Mr Cod's doctor there!

miggy · 12/01/2005 22:05
