emmaTooMuchGrub · 12/01/2005 16:18

Cooo-weeeee

I'm here!

I'm giving up on Dh....he doesn't want to play anymore and I can't be fudged to keep harrassing him for food intake.

Been good again today. Have PMT and bloated pre-AF belly but scales said 9st 3lb this AM.

Went shopping earlier and bought lots of nice things. Can't get dressed crab (fro you recipe cod) in my local Sainsburys or Asda(not surprised at Asda though).

Was going to have saled tonight but need to use up left over stir fry from yesterday so Prawn Stir fry for me, Spag bol for kids.

Will report later daily grub........however I'd just like to say now "My name is Emma and I was once addicted to bread.....AHA....not any more!!!" I honestly think this is the longest I've stuck to a healthly eating/diet thing and I'm most pleased with myself

OP posts:

I am back in my jeans - have only lost 3 lb so far, but can actually keep them on now without giving myself stomach pain when I sit down. That was my incentive not to give in and eat a cookie

FineFigureFio · 12/01/2005 18:15

thanks and well done iota

iota · 12/01/2005 18:17

thankyou Fio - I like your new name - I think I could be iota the bloater (thanks coddy), but that isn't positive reinforcement

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 18:34

Help! I cooked a roast chicken and then felt utterly bereft and upset as we sat down to eat and I couldn't have any skin or gravy or roast potatoes or parsnips. It felt pointless! Dp sent me out for Heat and other distracting magazines but ooh, it was a very wobbly moment. I had just breast meat though with carrots, baby sweetcorn and broccoli. Boring as hell. I also bought Slimming mag and a Bride mag to remind me that I want to be able to get into a non bloater wedding dress at some point. Thanks for listening.

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 18:34

So actually, I just won't roast a chick again. It's not worth the misery
