Unfortunately they managed to guess the PIN no of dh's cash cards as he uses his DOB and it was on the driving licence that they also nicked. We are down 700 pounds

Top Tip - don't use your DOB for chip and PIN

Am hoping that the David Lloyd will offer compensation as a goodwill gesture as it the wallet was taken from a locked locker.

I keep telling dh he was lucky that they didn't lift his car keys and house keys as well

lowcalCOD · 12/01/2005 10:22

wow yes
I dont do that
I bet david lloys worm out of it

well done on weight loss Cod.

Forgive me for I have sinned - had wine with my WW mushroom risotto last night, I think my total for yesterday came to 22 points (trying to keep to 18)
So will compensate today.

So far:

Porridge- 3 points
salad (only veges) with teaspoon of ww salad dressing -0.5 points
WW yoghurt - 1 point
Dinner??? Probably WW vege soup followed by something with lots of veg, fish and no carbs.

lowcalCOD · 12/01/2005 10:33

Iam back on porridge today tooa s I had run out
it soooooo much better

Oh Iota, poor you, not surprised you opened the wine. Had tuna steak, carrots, mange tout and baby sweetcorn for supper last night, followed by a caramel snack a jack. Today

1 piece toast with marmite
1 box raisins (30 cals)
1 sesame snap (55 cals)
half a Marmite snack a jack (dd had other half)
Just had lovely lunch of
50g smoked salmon
handful of capers
1 tomato
2 slices of prosciutto @ 31 cals each
1 apple

We're having roast chicken tonight and I think it will be the first time in my life I haven't eaten the skin, it will be really tough. I will probably have a banana and more snack a jacks later too.

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 12:39

Good news - I seem to have lost two pounds.

But have just fallen off bandwagon with (v small) bit of bread with mushroom soup for lunch. Will do penance at supper time - promise.

Am going to be having more slamoon later.

hi cod, what does you diet (sorry dirty word) entail? is it mainly veggies n fresh produce and the like? could you fill me in a bit please?

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 15:27

Hi evesmom, I think the gist is no bread, no booze, no takeaways, lots fruit and veg

Evesmama · 12/01/2005 15:30

thanks wwww, so how about spuds n meat n that?
have managed to curb takeaways, dont do much booze anyway and must do better of the veggie front

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 12/01/2005 15:31

Meat is ok but I think most of us are trying to do lowish carbs. It's up to you though!

Evesmama · 12/01/2005 15:32

not really a big meat eater unless its covered in sauce am more into pastas n the like

FineFigureFio · 12/01/2005 15:59

I just need, for my own sanity, to fit in a loose 14 instead of a tight 16!
