I'm not finding maintaining the loss too difficult so far. I've settled into some health habits (boiled eggs for breakfast, salad or soup for lunch) and have a smaller portion at the main family dinner.
Same, I now have 30gm of Dorset cereal muesli with 0% fat Skyr and some fruit like blueberries every day for breakfast. Snack on ryvita or similar with low fat cottage cheese and kimchi.
Weigh out portions at family dinner - 150gm of spaghetti really doesn't look much 🥲 (at least half what DD has or I would have had previously) but it's enough to satisfy hunger and I'm used to eating less now.
Anyway here's a funny story for anyone else still looking at the thread. While on holiday in Cornwall I went into a sport shop looking for a hi viz cycling jacket. They had some lovely ones in the sale but no size 14, only 12 or 16. The 12 was too small over the hips.
Husband suggested trying the 16.
I said "I am not a size 16".
He persisted. "Sizes very. Try the 16 to see".
I said "I AM NOT a size 16".
Wtf is it with men (some men) (my husband) that they fail to recognise the danger signs and realise they are on thin ice and had better shut up and back off??
So he said again "Well just try it on anyway".
I lost it and said loudly "I AM NOT A 16 and never have been. What's the point in me working to lose weight and buying a bigger size?"
So he ends up weakly saying "why are you so grumpy". 😡 (I wasn't until then 🙄)
Anyway I later ordered a 14 from same brand (Proviz) online and it was too big so had to return it and not sure if it was a different style or if I had lost more weight by then but by the time I got a 12 in exchange it fitted nicely!
