helloooo!

weigh in day tonight- wish i could find one near me that isnt straight after the weekends. i keep undoing my good work! yesterday i was weighing in all day at 11st9 and woke up this morning at 12 st . how have i put on 5lbs overnight??? and cant seem to shift it. its those ruddy cocktails isnt it coming back to haunt me? still at least after my mammoth gain last week i will have dropped a bit [hopeful emoticon]. if i was 11st 9 again today i would have got my 10% goal. arrrrrrggggggh. not going to eat anything til weigh in and may drop a bit

it might just be water retention caused from dehydration from the weekend.drink as much water as you can today to flush it out but stop a couple of hours before weigh in.

my weigh in's not until wednesday and i'm already scared

just got natalie cassidy (sonia of eastenders fame) fitenss dvd thro the post- it s great! just done 30 mins and feeling good so far

katy- you must have gone past your goal tho? you look really slim!

no bel it should make you wee loads and therefore flush out the fat

my goal is 9 st 2.i'm at goal at ww as the one they set was 10 st 7,thats the most i can weigh for my height so i can go free lol

just drink water lisalessbumpy.

the theory goes that it's the same as food.if you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to what you do eat.so if you don't drink enough water your body retains it as it doesn't know when it's going to get anymore.

tho if i hadnt succumbed to several cocktails the other night it might have been several more off

helllooooo ladies ! Didn't see the link on the other thread, so I;'ve copied this from there!

I'm feeling pretty good today. I've not been able to weigh myself as my scales are not working, but I know i've lost a bit. I out on some trousers that I usually wear, and thy were really uncomfortable. I was really upset, as they are supposed to be really loose fitting jeans, and they were skin tight and not good round the waist.

Well, I was feeling like i might have lost a little, so I put them on again, and they fit really comfortable. I'm so chuffed!

So, I thoguht id try on some others that had been a bit tight, and they were fine too. I know I'm only getting back into my 'usual' clothes, but, they are comfortable and I dont even have a huge roll over the top, until I sit down! So,i'm looking forward to Mr Cutie mending the scales next week, to see what i've actually lost. He walked through the door on saturday and said, wow you've lost weight. So i must have...he's not the most observant of chaps lets just say!

Hope you are all keeping motivated? you all seem to be doing so much better than me. I need to just really stick to the old SW plan now. I'vel ost weight, I must just add, not doing it. However, I've been eating breakfast every day, and eating slightly better food, along with Izzy really, and still had a load of chocolate

She decided to climb out and there was nearly a nasty accident as she was covered in soap, and Mr Cutie hands were too, from washing her. needles to say, we all got very wet, and a certain tiny skinny girl went right under the water.Luckily I was there

Evening all.

Right I am writing off this week, I know I won't have lost any, especially as I am out for an Indian tomorrow night so will be heavier than normal for weigh in as I usually have a salad the night before . Thursday is the big start for training for the Race for Life. We have six weeks, we will be running twice a week and doing at least one other session, so for me at least one XT session. I am hoping to lose at least 8lb which will put me back to my pre pregnancy weight. Any more will be a bonus. So this is my next big push after the initial good start. I have lost my way this month so I'm hoping I can claw it back now

you are in control of your eating and excercise not the other way around.
8lbs should be a doddle over 6 weeks with the extra excercise

right i'm off to do my stepper and then for a shower.i was going to have a lazy night as i'm knackered thanks to dd but i know i'll feel better once i've done some excercise never thought i'd say that lol

I reckon I need some sort of home thingy like that, maybe I'd be able to manage it if it were in my own home. i.e. catch it on the times pain not so bad... maybe not though, i had to lie on the bed for an hour after only sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor. I was in agony....

WIsh I could exercise. Really do. I intend to get back to walking a little bit soon, even if its to the shops and back! Katy saw me on a good day, I managed to walk from the station to the hotel, and then, back to her mum ( who was lovely and then we wandered back together Mr C and I.

God I love that man. I know i've been moaning about him loads, ( I don't think with out good cause too ) but I hope it still always comes across how much I still love him. He's just hmmmm, so handsome ( to me ) and strong, and sexy ( to me) and funny. SO SO bloody funny. He makes me giggle like a bloody school girl most days. Hmm Shall I pass round the buckets? I feel bad that i've been so horrible about him, but like I say, hes been behaving like an utter arse for long enough now... and I still end up adoring his furry self. Some men, hey, don't know how lucky thy are

Oh Katy, I wish you lived nearer. I really ^really do.

Bel, I'd not worry at all, if it had gone before, than It will go again, IYSWIM? I make sure I only ever weigh myself ONCE a week, no matter how much I want to.

I have found in the past that I've weighed one day, then If I weigh a few later, I've put on, or lost (usually lost actually ) and somehow by the actual following proper weigh day, I've remained the same or lost only a lbs or 2... Ok, i'm not making sense.... What i'm trying to say really badly is, that our weight totally fluctuates from day to day, even within the same day. So, it doesn't mean you have put on over night... just keep off them, and be good, until weigh day, and i'm fairly sure, you'll be happy

I used to be weighed every wednesday am. IF I weighed myself on a friday am, then, i'd always always lost a few lbs. I'd be good, stick to it, and by following wednesday am, i'd have lost only a lb or 2 sometimes more, but never as much as on a friday! I used to be gutted! Its just as I say though, I was fluctuating every day really.

hope that puts your mind at rest? DON"T go off the wagon just because you think you have done badly... trust me, it'll be fine

hmm LMG, reckon he's after something DH was, I'm sure!!! Bless him, I know this will be FAR too much info here, but, our 'bedroom' activities have been pretty non- existent for quite a few months... well, he's not wanting to instigate anything (apparently he's too scared and lost his confidence! )

so its up to me, and he's always happy and never pushes me away... only, with me having pretty low self asteem too, and knowing it's be better if he did instigate something, we've been between a rock and a hard place really..

SO, anyway, I plucked up a bit of courage, and well, he was so nervous he was shaking! Bless him. It was like the first time we ever did anything, he was dead nervous back then too! So, saturday he was all fumbling and his hands shaking, I felt all confident and in control, it was great.. which he found even better as it turned out. anyway, hope not TMI, apologies if it is

Saying that dh has come over all rampant and just came after me in the kitchen whilst making rice pudding!! hmmm not really deviated fromt he bedroom since before ds!!

ok i've overstepped the mark... that was wayyy to much info!!

Got weight today.... NO CHANGE! whats that all about. I know, i know, i didn;t gain any weight this week which is good, but i was working towards a 2lb loss.

I need to work harder.

Wish i enjoyed exercise (sad)

My house is a tip and I can't get much done. Ds1 has a cold and ds2 is very clingy (dh works long hrs).
I've had to do 3 loads of laundry today and everywhere is untidy with clothes and things.
It does my head in.
Anyway, dietwise, I've been good so am on track for that loss.

how are you finding it with the children being off school?

i seem to be surrounded by food all day.breakfast,snacks,lunch,snacks,dinner......
it's endless.how i haven't picked i don't know lol but i do feel really bloated tonight,bet it was the cauli and brocolli
