Apart from being too knackered to go swimming it's going well, we've been out for the day today so i've been walking and pushing a double buggy all day which has got to have burnt something off plus all i've eaten is..

B- porridge and honey
L- tuna mayo (light) salad, banana
D- chicken mayo salad & ww bar

Gonna go and have a hot soak in the bath with some radox soon! Start again tomrorow at 7.15am with 6 kids for the day, playgroup in the morning and easter egg hunt in the afternoon

i'm knackered too.feel like a bloody referee!
i've been at a new indoor playcentre today which was good fun.dd has only been to one once before she could walk so she had a ball today
she's fast asleep now so fingers crossed for a peaceful night.
sounds like you've got a busy day tomorrow.enjoy your bath,hopefully it'll stop your muscles aching after all thar buggy pushing

ds is very delicious.. but i would say that, i'm his mummy!!
I'm trying to get back into my honeymoon body.... think it might take longer than i like but as long as i'm a size 10 by the time i go to Egypt in June i'll be happy.

i used to be a size 6-8 before i got pg...... now considering i craved fruit throughout my pregnancy, i'm not sure how i gained sooo much weight.... might have been my TGI's burger addiction too .....

I had a cheeky peak at the scales this morning and it looks like it's going in the right direction still could do with losing more by friday though!! I'm going swimming tomorrow night and fri afternoon!!

Morning all. Quite how I have done it I don't know, but I have lost the two pound I put on last week.. phew! and that is with no exercise as I have had a stinking cold all week I am hoping for a good loss next week as I am determinedto be good good good this week. Yesterday wasn't a great start but I did my very best under the circumstances

B - 2oz cornflakes with hot water, 1 tsp sugar
L - Chicken Ceasar salad (meal out, I didn't eat the croutons and I asked for the dressing on the side so used the bare minimum 5 of ds's chips, they were lovely.
D - Out to the cinema with friends and had an Indian buffet beforehand. I was very restrained
S - handful of grapes, little bit of ds's choc egg.

Yesterday we went to The Heights Of Abraham in Derbyshire. A friend runs it so we had VIP treatment. It is based on a very steep hill, so I got some good exercise pushing Ben around in his pushchair. here if anyone is interested

Cinema last night we saw 27 dresses, very entertaining and a proper chick flick. I was enjoying a spirited drive home though and came across a dead badger in the road, forgot what car I was in and decided to go over it... much better than swerving, thing is the MX5 is a lot lower than the Audi and it made such a loud bang as it hit the underside when I got home the smell from the car was foul, I thought I had really damaged it, cue dh going out to look at 11.40 with a torch. Good news, no damage, bad news, squished badger all under the car and dh said I have to clean it off I may have to see what favours I can give to get out of that particular job

i love the heights of abraham.the cable car is cool lol.did you do the mines too? i find them fascinating

I've lost a lb.
Which means I have officially lost 1 stone since I joined this thread.
My next goal is to get under 11 which means a 6lb loss, by the end of this month.

Well done Lisa. Thats brilliant. You must have lost a stone too?
Well done LMG too for going in the right direction.

Summer will be here soon. Lets look forward to some nicely fitting summer clothes!

B - Rice Krispies and skimmed milk
L - Tin of Spicy Bean Big Soup, 2 slices of ww bread and flora light, a few strawberries.
D - will be chicken and spinach lasagne.
S - 1 home made biscuit, I tiny little choc rabbit, and I mean tiny

Girls, hellooooo

Just a real quick hello, and hoping all is going well for you lovely ladies

I stepped on my scales with trepidation, I managed to get the to work, thoug I think they are still dodgy. THink its just the battery, keep forgetting to change it to see if that helps

SOooo, I'd not lost as much as I felt I had, and how my clothes are reflecting... so not sure what to think. Was 5lbs off though, in not sure how many weeks, as I honestly can't remember when I last did the horrible deed of stepping onto them!

Been eating ok though not sticking to SW. Just still feeling rotten, going for tests next week. GP thinks it might be glandular fever back, which is what I thought.... will see though. ( i'm sure I've already posted that somewhere here?

Today:
B Oatibix, with raisins, 28g
l Wholemeal pitta bread x1 and some smoke trout fillets, SO yummy, from tesco, and really cheap!
D {blush] forgot to have any. HAve had 3 yogurts, and 3 satsumas, banana, and a packet of salt and vinegar snack-a-jack popcorn. So guess that was my dinner?

Hope you are all still being good, and if not, you'll get back o it v soon

Catch you tomorrow properly hopefully. Fell asleep on sofa, v p'd off with self, as I wanted to just have a v early night, and now i'm wide awake. Up with DD at 05:10 this morning she went for a nap eventually at half 12 for half an hour! so mum came over and let me have a rest on my bed. She washed up! bless her. Have the cleaner coming tomorrow, so she didn't want me paying for her to do it, when she can for free, and the cleaner can then do more important stuff!

Have to go, need to tidy clothes away and sort out ironing pile for her...

has anybody got any idea how i can reduce my spare tyre? i have slimmed down every where but still seem to have an extra roll of fat.it's not my stomach it's just above it if that makes sense.
i've been doing sit ups and attempting the excercises that polly posted(where are you polly,i miss you x) but it's still there,mocking me
do you think if i lose my next half stone it will go?
it's my birthday in 2 weeks and i would really like it to have gone down by then.
any tips,hints or advice welcome.pleeeaaasseee

Well done everyone!

I stood on the scales again today and they said 10.6 fingers crossed I can be that or lighter by tomorrow night! (with clothes i'm expecting to have lost 2lbs at least) I've been so good this week though i did have a tuna mayo sandwich and half a pkt of hula hoops for my dinner last night after i'd been swimming, but i needed it i was so hungry! I'm going swimming again tonight plus got 6 dc's all day too (though dd1 is back at school today)

I think sometimes you need to sts or gain lb because it gives you a big kick up the backside and I really needed one, i was starting to go off the track!

i think also a slight gain or sts means you have been eating a bit more and have fired up your metabolism again.

i'm off shopping today.i managed to get a dress for my friends wedding next week but now i need shoes as the 30 pairs in my wardrobe don't go
any bloody excuse.just hope dc behave

Just eating my crackerbread low fat soft cheese spread and grated carrot and fruit! We've been to toddler group this morning for the little ones and now the older 2 are playing on the wii at the moment but have been playing board games and going in the garden and 3 youngest are having a nap bliss! If it doesnt rain i said we'll go to the park for a bit when we pick dd1 up.

Dp is on about having the afternoon off with me tomorrow and going swimming, sauna etc then ive got ww then maybe if ive done well a take away then on saturday night i hope we are going to see the enemy (band) sunday normal service of cleaning, washing and food shopping will resume!

Erm... been a bit crap today... Have had 3 bags of butter toffee sback a jack pop corn. Its not too bad i suppose, but 3 bags are pob not great!

My microwave, kettle and toaster have all packed up at the same time! I'm so pissed off! It means havig to boil water on the cooker, and well, you get ht idea, i'm not used t onot having these time saving appliances!

Going to look in next on line... see if they've got anything... or maybe tesco direct... hmmm, not sure!

Oh, also, my B and my N letters have come off the keybaord, i'm having to type using the little tiny plastic squashy pads that are underneath, I didn't realise how much I used these letters!!

how are you all? any news from weighings? My 5 lbs does;t seem that bad today, feel a it more positive about it. I mean, 5lbs is a good amount really. PLus I feel I was only really good for about a week and a half! so it may bave been my loss for that week? I think I should add scales to my list of things to buy!

Well I did my run not too far today seeing as it is the first time and I can already feel the burn in the front of my thighs and not so good in my left hip

B - 1 medium w/m toast and flora light, small banana
L - 2 w/w bread and corned beef, pkt snaps and a cupcake (homemade)
D - Chicken and spinach lasagne without the cheese sauce and cheese
S - 2 party rings, 2 home made biscuits.

I am feeling very positive today. The painters have been here all day and now the hall, stairs and landing are looking fab and clean, I am itching to start a spring clean as soon as eveything has finished which should be a week on saturday
