Anyone want a weight loss buddy to obsess with?

I need to lose a stone. I can’t be stout any more. I tend to do well with a bit of daily accountability so anyone up for a weight loss buddy to commiserate, support and obsess with?! Starting Monday obvs. 😬

I had a terrible week last week, just kept shoving in the food and drinks in like there was no tomorrow! I was doing so well, I had lost a kg over a month and was slowly heading in the right direction and now I've probably screwed it up! Still running and gymming but doubtful it was enough to compensate.

This week has been better so far, no alcohol, less food and better healthier choices so hope I can undo some of the damage. Keep meaning to weigh myself but always forget!

Well done on getting yourself back on track. It's not easy!

It's so hard and next weekend is going to be rubbish because I'm celebrating my mums birthday. Then the weekend after I'm going out for the evening for a leaving do. On both occasions I don't want to be the one drinking water and nibbling a lettuce leaf.

I have only gained half a kg though despite consuming at least 2000 more like 3000 a day over a week.

How is everyone doing? I had a bad Friday-Sunday and unsurprisingly haven't lost anything this week. Haven't been able to make it to the gym but hoping to get there tonight and definitely Sunday, running is taking priority at the minute because of my upcoming races.

I was on holiday over half term and over the last few weeks combined have pretty much put everything I lost back on. I think I'm 2lb or so down on my starting weight. I've just started running again after my fall 3/4 weeks ago but not started any other exercise again yet but I'd really like to lose and keep off at least what I'd lost originally, before summer hols. Will weigh in on Monday and start again from scratch. Well done @Pickingmyselfup for keeping up at the running and for coming back on here, being accountable is half the battle. And it's so hard when you have things on, we just have to try and be good the rest of the time.
