End of week 3, last 0.25mg shot today and weigh in told me I'd lost 3.2lb this week giving me a total loss of 8.6lb since I started. Delighted with that as weight loss is usually so slow with me. Not much in the way of side effects really so hoping that continues with 0.5mg next week.

I'm absolutely living this. I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks which is a miracle as I've been trying and failing to.lose a single pound for the last 5 years.

A question though- if I change suppliers is what happens if I am below BMI of 30 but still want to get a bit lower? Will they not prescribe? Do for example I'm now 13 stone and would like to be 10 stone, would they prescribe at 10.5 stone when I only have half to lose?

Also, the fridge thing. I haven't kept it in the fridge as mine runs very cold. Can I start putting it in the fridge now as I've just discovered I will have two doses left in the pen. Thanks!

It’s hard to know about the supplier question really @Movinghouseatlast. I think I would try and stick to the same supplier so you have a history with them if you are concerned.

I think it would be fine to put it in the fridge but probably also fine not to. Up to you. I tend to keep mine in the fridge just so I know where it is!

Ideally would like to lose 4 stone but would be happy with 3. I know im here for the long haul. I am hoping to combine this with running 3-4 times a week (slow jogging but moving). Fingers crossed

Took my 2nd shot on Friday and it properly kicked in yesterday. Had a roast for lunch around 1pm, just a normal sized plate not heaped high but wasn't hungry for the rest of the day and haven't been hungry today, had a couple of crackers and some cottage cheese for my lunch and would have been fine without it to be honest.

My own fault for not ordering earlier but I've dithered so much about my decision I left it until I was faced with mountains of chocolate over weekend before admitting defeat

I’m hoping it arrives by the end of the week as ideally I’d like to be starting it on a Thursday or Friday. Hopefully just busy catching up after the weekend!

I think Royal Mail next day delivery for the Ozempic but I have a feeling the
Glucomannan and vitamins and shakes come via courier I think it was Evri , in any case mine all arrives the day after the despatch emails. I know I had two deliveries the same day which is why I have a feeling they used two companies to despatch.
The Ozempic is inside the packaging so don't throw the inner packaging away.

Their packages do not fit through a letter box. Can you leave a cool box on the doorstep?

Can I join you guys on here? I'm switching to Ozempic 0.25 (hopefully it'll arrive this week!) when I finish my tablets. I don't like taking them. The downside is as this is injectable I need to do the starting dose again.
First week, food noise much quieter (also scared of pooping/throwing up etc so just ate a lot less!), now third week food noise is back and I can eat most things. 5-6lbs down though.
Anyone else switched from tablets to pen?

The pens last for six weeks at room temperature anyway, which should cover your four 0.25 doses plus an additional 0.5 dose even if it warms up 🙂

Anyone know where might have 0.5 pens in stock and possible cheeky discount code?
I've been refreshing Ukmeds all day long to no avail. I'm currently with Manual and haven't offered me a discount after calling their customer service line to cancel. It's definitely working for me, but I resent having to pay extra £50 for the "coaching" when I have not needed any help or advice from anyone and don't anticipate needing it in future from their team.

Should be fine in this weather unless they leave it in full sun. My ice pack stayed cold for another 12 hrs but hopefully postman will leave yours in the shade.

Have you tried Juniper? I'm just about to go up to 0.5mg and it's been dispatched today. I've got a code for £50 off but it's for first month only. Let me know if you want it?
