BMI 32

I would be happy losing 15kgs to begin with.

I've taken my 2nd dose and don't really feel any change.
No side effects which is good.
Perhaps more easily full when eating.

Third dose last night! Did it in my stomach as curious if any differences to thigh. More painful but so far no difference in how I feel.

I am just glad it worked!

The Glucomannan product is under weight loss and I found if I also bought an additional non weight loss item ( eg hair vitamins ) everything was charged at 50% discount .
The Glucomannan has really helped to ward off hunger towards the end of the week and also helped prevent loose motions but they do say drink lots of water.

I have decided I need to do this. Have tried every diet going...been successful a few times but have to be obsessed for it to work. I don't want to be like that again!

Just had a look at juniper and did the questionnaire. I'm 5ft3 and weight 12.7lbs bmi 31.

My question is this....do they deliver to ireland. This there a cheaper way to do it without the 'support' 1-1 etc or is that part of the package? It's a lot of money but if it works then of course it will be worth it.

Should I involve my GP? I have no other health concerns and only meds I'm on is HRT.

I think the manual code works if you email them and ask them to apply it. I know someone used my 50% off code successfully because I got a notification from manual.

@UsernameFail I was the same on my first day (I must have drank 4 litres of water which is too much.) But after the first day my thirst subsided and it's back to normal now.

I'm on week three, on 0.25mg. I'm finding my appetite has gotten bigger compared to the first 2 weeks but so far I am sticking to eating healthy. Also I'm still not craving sweet things which is amazing.

I didn't tell my GP. Manual said they could contact my GP to verify my weight or I could email a photo, so I sent the photo instead. The last time I got weighed was years ago just after giving birth so not sure how contacting my GP would have been useful anyway!

It's prescribed by a doctor online who will ask relevant questions.

Manual do Ozempic but you have to fill in the weight loss assessment and wait for them the direct you to the lowest dose . Either give your doctors details or ignore that question and they will
Ask for a torso photo later .

Sorry I don't know about delivery to Ireland. Yes Manual do Ozempic, I found it was the cheapest for the first 0.25mg pen. I paid £129 but if you get someone to give you a 50% off code you can get it for £99.50.

A few people have mentioned it's aimed at men, I didn't notice myself as I just went straight on the weight loss bit.

I have just spoken to Manual customer service as i had a question and they confirmed Manual
only deliver to Northern Ireland not the Republic.
