Two week kick-start

Hi, I've been messing around lately, and not lost anything, have even put on. I have around 3st to go, already lost 3st.

I have an event in two weeks, and am going to try to get back in the zone and lose some bloat to try to feel good in my outfit. I'll keep it going past the two week mark too.

Anyone want to join me?

Starting weight 182lbs
Goal weight 133lbs

💪 what's your plan? I'm going to eat high protein, low carb and try to do some kind of exercise every day. Its difficult to get to the gym at the moment because my car has given up and I need a new one so relying on lifts. Hopefully I'll have a new car in a day or so.

I had a good day diet wise, but no exercise:
B: yoghurt, peanut butter, honey
L: tuna mayo sweetcorn salad
S: olives
D: chicken & veg soup

Plan is calorie counting through Nutracheck.

I've downloaded an app call Fiton which has free workouts so going to try and do some of those and generally up my steps.

No breakfast
L - fish finger sandwich
D - Skinny burger with salad and beans
Had three coffees too and 1.5l water

I had fiton but deleted it because of the amount of notifications I was getting, plus room on my phone is at a premium.

I do lift with lars or fight klub jungle workouts on youtube as free ones.

I feel well out of sorts because I haven't been able to keep to my usual exercise schedule this last week for various reasons.

I've turned notifications off in the app so will see how I get on. I haven't had an exercise schedule in a couple of years so starting from scratch. Even steps have been embarrassingly low. I've slept well the last couple of nights though getting back into it!

I have 1.5st to lose. Should be more really but that is my starting point.

Just realised we are quite close in weight although my goal is to get from 12.7 stone to 11 stone. You're looking at 9.7 stone and realistically I should at least try to get to 10.7 stone but that just seems too much to think about that the mo.

I'm trying not to think about the long term goal at the moment, just meal by meal, day by day at the moment until I'm back into the swing of it.

I had a good food day again:
Yoghurt, peanut butter and honey.
Tuna mayo salad, chorizo, cheese.
Chicken & veg soup.
Moser Roth 80% dark chocolate bar.

No exercise though.

I was 177.3 this morning.

Did bootcamp this morning, had yoghurt and salad for breakfast and lunch and will have soup for dinner.

176.9 this morning.

I've been having yoghurt, peanut butter and sometimes a bit of honey, salad, and more yoghurt for dinner, today and yesterday. Its too hot to cook or eat a big meal.

176.8 this am.

Did bootcamp yesterday, had yoghurt, peanut butter and honey for breakfast. Cheese, chorizo, salad for lunch. Peanuts as snacks, and more yoghurt/pb/honey for dinner. Its hot here and I couldn't be arsed to cook.

Sounds like you've had a good week.

I'm about 4lb down so very pleased with that but it is the weekend when everything tends to fall apart.

I've set my Nutracheck to start on a Monday so come Friday I can see how many surplus calories I have for the weekend.

Chilli for dinner tonight and wondering whether to not bother with the rice to save a few calories.

@FriendIsland Have you got cauliflower in? You could make cauliflower rice.

I just had 2 lamb balti sausages, a cooked green pepper (the long ones) mushrooms, tomatoes and cucumber. The sausages were delicious!

I've had yoghurt/pb/honey and some nuts today and that's me done.

No exercise today, although I've probably done about 7500 steps.

175.9lbs this morning.

Yesterday I had
Yoghurt/pb/honey
A bit of cheese, some chorizo
2 lamb balti sausages, mushrooms, onion, pimento de padron and a long green pepper.

Today I've done/had

bootcamp, boxercise and 10 mins on uphill treadmill.

Yoghurt/pb/honey
Cheese salad, chorizo
Slice of cheese
Unbreaded fish burgers, salad

Feeling guilty and flabby today. Although haven't yet weighed so not sure of that affect.

Thinking of maybe doing a fasting day today with 800 calories Coffee and water to try and undo it.

I was busy and a bit stressed yesterday so didn't get a chance to eat until 9pm.

I'll stick to my calories as normal today and make sure I have some breakfast.

No exercise planned but may try to have a walk a bit later.

The battery has run out in my scales so no weight in for me today.

Today I've had

Yoghurt/pb/honey
Spinach salad with smoked sausage (like mattesons)
More smoked sausage
Monkey nuts
Protein chocolate mousse
4l water

No exercise today but I can feel a difference, like I'm smaller.
