What do you weigh and what dress size are you?

I know there’s lots of other factors but I’m
mainly asking because I’m trying to lose weight for my friends wedding and I’m just wondering what dress size I may be by then if I keep on track.
Also I’m just curious, it’s so interesting how everyone’s bodies can be so different!

I’ll go first! I’m 5ft 7 and I weigh 11.5stone I’m a size 14.
even at my thinnest (around 9.5-10st) I don’t seem to go lower than a size 12.

obviously size doesn’t actually matter, but I’m just interested!

I'm 5 foot 7 and a bit and last time I weighed myself I was about 10 stone 4 I think. I'm a 10 or a 12 depending on where I shop.

Just over 5 foot 7 and 10 stone 8 and usually a 12. I was a 10 when I was under 10 stone. But also - now I’m post menopause, my bust is larger (the surprises of life) - so I’m not 100% sure that I’d be a 10 even if I did dip below 10 stone again.

I'm 5'7 and weigh 11st8lbs. I'm a comfortable 14. Some shops (Next, new look) and some styles (empire line/maxi dresses) I buy a 12. I have been down to 10st10 in the last 5 years but even then was a size 12 in nearly everything and still had to buy the occasional pair of jeans/trousers in a14.
5'7 is taller than average for a woman, therefore it makes sense from a proportion perspective that to be a size 6/8/10 you have to be proportionately lighter/thinner than you would if you were shorter than average. For example a size 10 is a 28 inch waist (i think!). Its more likely you will have a 28 inch waist if you're 5'2 than if you're 5'7, irrespective of how much additional fat you're carrying

I feel heavy in comparison to the replies so far. I'm 5ft7, 13 stone 4lbs and a size 14.

I'm aiming to get to 11stone 5lbs which is a healthy BMI. At that weight I was a size 10-12.

My lowest was 9st 4lb I was 8/10
My happy weight is about 10st 7lb and I'm a comfy able size 10 which I'm more than happy with.
Anything lower doesn't really suit my shape

5'7 and horrified to be 12st 8 at the moment and a size 14. Only a year ago I was 10st 9 and a comfortable 10 on the bottom and 12 on top (34H chest which doesn't shrink no matter how much weight I lose) must sort my shit out 🤦‍♂️

Oh I am curious about this too. I am 5ft 6 and about 11st 6 I think. I recently found my clothes were all a bit small after first wash. I used to buy 12/14. Recently I decided I need to go up a size a bit. I now but 16/18 to allow clothes to be a bit looser and to allow for shrinkage. But it feels really odd to me I am suddenly buying size 18 and they fit. I used to be about 10st 8 and always a size 12.
