Chubby Mum looking for online friends to shift a stone with.

5 minutes of ring fit and 10 mins of yoga this morning so expecting to have lost a dress size by tomorrow.

Please join me so we can turn up at the school gates in September with glowing skin and smaller muffin tops.

Sounds nice @dawnwalk !

I’ve done well today. Yoga this morning. Can’t run this evening because the bathroom is being redone and the shower is off tonight - I can’t go to work that sweaty tomorrow!! It’s so hot, I would smell Grin

Breakfast - yoghurt and berries

Lunch - lime and chilli prawns and sliced sweet peppers.

Snack - protein flapjack. Rice cakes with hummus and roast chicken.

Dinner - tuna steak, tartare sauce, spinach, broccoli

My go to when I can’t be bothered is either a rice cake topped with something or fried eggs with veg (asparagus or just whatever is in the fridge that day). If I’m out and in a rush, I love buying sushi packs too.

Also meant to say - I was feeling crap yesterday as I was having a stressful day and ate some chocolate. Only a few squares though and managed to pull out of it and carry on eating well. This morning I tried on my work trousers that I wore pre lockdown and then didn’t fit - they bloody fit now!!!!!! Wore them today and felt fab!!!! So moral of the story is just consistently I guess. I’ve done so well every day that it’s enough and I don’t need to berate myself for the odd treat here and there. Getting the right mind frame is the hardest part for me.

Well done littlefroggie! Yes I think that is the trick, small consistent changes.

Bakethecakeeatthecake · 11/09/2021 08:44

Hi everyone, hope it’s all going well.

I walked miles yesterday which is great. However if I’m honest I’m not making much effort with what I’m eating. I need a kick up the rear.

Hi everyone! Havent been on for a couple of days. Hope everyone is doing well.

@LittleFroggie sounds like you are doing brilliant!

@Bakethecakeeatthecake Im the complete opposite, I'm eating ok but need a kick up the rear to get me to exercise.

I lost half a pound this week. It seems tiny but considering I have had a really stressful week and its been that time of month, I will take any loss no matter how small this week.

Will be having my saturday takeaway treat tonight which Im looking forward to.
