I’m simply starting this thread for myself as a diary.

I’m hovering around 12st 1-3lbs ish. I’d like to hover at 11stones-something in 6 weeks time, so nothing major.

All I’m going to do is the following:

  1. Stick to under 1600 calories per day
  2. Walk for an hour each day
  3. Resistance train 4 times per week

I should be able to do this easily but I need some accountability (with the food!) so here I am!

I have 4 social occasions during this time that may lead to not sticking to 1600 calories on those days but I am ok with that. I will just do my best on those days, accept what they are, and not let them lead to throwing in the towel altogether.

If anyone would like to join me they are very welcome!

Can I join I’m starting Kayla Itsines boot camp for 5 weeks and on 1,300 calories a day apart from weekends which will be up to 2,000 but being sensible.

Im also aiming to run twice a week as training for a 10k after no running for 6 months!

I have a stone and a half to lose. It was only half a stone but my thyroid gland is under active and I was ill. I have gone from 10st 8lbs to 11stone 2lbs and I am upset with myself, but I know it wasn't my fault, which helps a lot. Evenings are the worst for me. Good luck everyone, I will be thinking of you all and hopefully reporting losses.

Morning! I don’t have scales, I am taking pictures today and will do this weekly instead.

I’m a size 14/16 5ft8 and I want to get down to a 12. And then later this year to a 10.

I’ve had my breakfast which was 313 calories.

Today I am 10st, 11lbs, Ideally I'd like to get below 10st. I'm attending an event in early August. I doubt I'd lose as much by then but I feel like thats a nice goal to attempt to stick to a reasonable diet/exercise program.

Aims:
· MyFitnessPal has me on a 1,420 calories a day goal.
· Exercise every day (mixture of Stronglifts weightlifting, jogging, walking)
· Try and drink more water and eat less nonsense.

Still breastfeeding my now toddler plus any testing days tend to result in eating crisps. Must abstain!

Weighing in at 12.10 this morning (I'm 5"8) which is awful!
I've had a very boozy weekend with friends and two take always.
I'm aiming for at least 15,000 steps a day, I'm on day 5 of the 30 day shred and I'm eating as little and as healthily as possible!

I've started CC using MFP and lost 7lbs this past week.

It has never come off me so fast so I believe my scales could've been a bit off.

I'm aiming to be a comfortable size 10/12 by the end of the year!

Does anyone else use my fitness pal?

Good afternoon all

I have weighed in at 150lbs this morning which is a little surprising after the weekend I've had...

I would really, really love to hit 140, better again 139...
I'm 5'5.5"
I'm 51.
How am I going about this:

18:6 IF maybe 16:8
2L water
1100 kcals
Low carb (NO bread, minimal rice/pasta/potatoes)
3 or 4 hour long workouts pw
Using MFP and an IF timer

@Spexy yes I lose MFP too.

I’ve had a protein shake for breakfast with a banana and a coffee with sugar (300kcals)
Lunch was a jacket potato and half a ton of baked beans (500kcals)
I’ve rounded up here.

800kcals left for dinner and a small snack. Should be more than doable.

I’ve got a PT session later which will be training session 1 of 4 this week (not all with PT I’m not a millionaire!) and I need to get a walk in this afternoon.

I would love to join please; I'm on another couple of threads but it's getting harder and harder for me to shift any weight Sad damn you perimenopause...

I've lost 20lb this year but I have another 30lb to go. I've given up alcohol because I find that I don't lose anything if I have even one drink! I've started running and Shredding again which has helped me lose inches, but I have 2st to lose just to get to the top end of my ideal weight.

For today I've stuck to my WW points so far and already done my 10K steps, hope to get more in later. We go on holiday in 6 weeks and I'd like to be comfortably in my size 14 clothes rather than them being sausage-tight!

Managed a 19 hour fast today and a 30 minute workout - picked the wrong routine. Lots of ab work which meant I probably did half the reps intended Blush and spent the rest of the time gasping for breath on the mat.

Dinner will be a challenge. The kids want pizza and I'm not feeling energetic enough to make a separate meal for myself.

Can I join in? I really need to get a stone off in July if I can, then ideally another one more slowly, by Christmas would be fine. I have just over 3 stone to lose to get to a healthy weight but the first one will make a huge difference psychologically and health-wise, I'd no longer be obese.

I'm going to be doing the Fast 800, so max 800 calories, 16h fasting a day, I cycle for 12km 5 days a week and need to drink much more water!

I didn't get very far with tea and miso this morning 😂. I was feeling a bit unwell and had a long drive so decided to have a proper breakfast (1 slice of toast and a tin of mackerel), then miso for lunch. The sausage casserole was virtually inedible (another slow cooker fail!!) so dinner was mainly pasta. However, I did finish eating by 5pm so will aim for an 18hr overnight fast and eat an early lunch at 11am tomorrow.

Hopefully the gain I had at the weekend will be gone.

Good day for me .stayed in control .
Met a friend for lunch and had most of a pain au raisin but the rest of my calories were below 1000 today so all in all a successful day.

I’ve stayed within my calories and eaten very healthily but I’ve not done my steps or exercised. Post AZ headache is getting me down!

Day one done.

1,500 kcals
Hour walk
1 hour weight training session.

Dinner was cod, potatoes, peas and sweetcorn. Snack was some walnuts.

Then things went pear shape and i had some of the kids snacks...

Hello everyone

I was feeling v low and a bit anxious today, not sure why. Mostly I sat on my arse feeling sorry for myself, but I stayed well within my calories. I'm having a skyr now & a banana and my fast begins.
Maybe it's all the wine and sugar over the weekend had me feeling so off.
But yay Monday is over, Wimbledon has started and so have we. Well done us!

Day 1 done here too... stuck to my WW points, did my C25K run as planned, did my DR exercises... off to bed soon before I find the Nutella and undo all my good work Grin

Can I join you all too? I'm 9 stone 11 but very short. None of my clothes fit nicely after I put on 9lbs when pressure at work increased i.e I've been eating more snacks, drinking Coke, having convenience food for dinner and barely leaving my home desk all day. I'd like to be 9 stone 2 by 1st August. I'm going to go for 1200 calories a day and a daily, hour long walk as part of the school runs.
