66babe I'll sit out the challenges for now thanks. The most steps I've got to is just over 5K! I'm agoraphobic, though I do try and go for a few walks a week. (Managed to get to a shop yesterday that I haven't been in for well over a year. I went in and everything. Still really chuffed about that.

) I also do yoga twice a week and on days off I do 10 min abs, 10 min HITT, weights on the arms, and a 5 minute balancing session. (can post the YouTube link if anyone wants it?) Like I posted, I also like to go on walks a few times a week. I think I have my physical side sorted for now thanks. Not stopping you from going ahead with any other posters who want to partake though!

). I also watch Australians Biggest Loser, and Secret Eaters, and My Big Fat Diet Show on Amazon Prime. I don't sit and watch telly all day, promise.
