Feel fat bloated sweaty ugly unfit and just bloody awful
Have been trying forever to become motivated and do better .. but I can't seem to get into the right frame of mind
I know exactly how to eat healthy
I know exactly how to move more
Just need a massive kick up theatre to get me going ...
I've hit rock bottom so just finished off 4 cookies to make me feel better 😩😩😩
If it wasn't so pathetic it would be funny

I think that we may be twins. I live in the middle of nowhere and don't drink alcohol. I'm also a 66 baby. Any chance that you are also 5'4? 😂

@66babe I am pretty chubby to be honest. Being quite short, all my weight sits round my middle. I'm really fed up with just feeling so shit about how I look, it's exhausting as it occupies a lot of my mind.

For me it seems to be my face that's suffers the most .. I age 10 years when like this ...
When I lose a bit my face looks and feels so much better
Although I've been to SW today my plan was to finish up the naughties in the house so just had a whole pack of Jaffa's but that's it gone so start properly tomorrow and got all meals planned

Lovely ladies can I join . Need to loose 3 stone can't seem to find the motivation . I look for it every single day , it has vanished .

I too am a 66 girl, turned 55in April. I had a massive shock weighing in earlier in year at 14st 7lb at 5ft 6. I've previously done slimming world and weight watchers but couldn't motivate myself. However for the first time ever I've started calorie counting and even though it's taken around 3 months I've lost 12lb. Not a huge amount I know but it feels like it for me. It gives me a sense of freedom over my food. For example on SW I'd avoid crumpets due to 'syns'. However they aren't massively high calorie so they're a breakfast once a week.

My problem with crumpets would be the butter i'd slather everywhere

I've got poached egg on toast planned for tomorrow
With half a melon if I fancy it after

Then a nice bit of gammon with peas carrots free roasties tender stem broccoli and just gravy to syn

@66babe fortunately for me it's all about the marmite on my crumpets and I don't need butter. Good luck to everyone in their weight loss journey. I'm just starting to feel a bit of a difference in how my clothes are fitting so that's a big motivation too.

Hi donerwillbehere does it help to have an end goal in sight? Like a birthday, or Christmas? If you aim for even 1lb a week, that's a lot gone by Christmas?!

I have gone from weighing myself every 4 weeks to every week. I was worried that the drop in calories lost would demotivate me. My next goal was to get to 11st 7lbs, a loss of 3.4 pounds. However, I remembered last night that when I changed scales (Went from manual/dial type to electronic.) that was not last Wednesday, but the Wednesday before. So could have hopefully lost at least 2lb??? Must remember to take my measurements too tomorrow.
Also, the glutton for punishment I am, signed up for more of the same, two yoga sessions a week until September. *(Where I'll have to book more classes again.)

Don't give in 66babe! One meal/snack/day isn't a total disaster. Just get back on it as soon as you can. Don't write off a day or a week because of a few dodgy choices. You can do this! Star
