Hit rock bottom

Feel fat bloated sweaty ugly unfit and just bloody awful
Have been trying forever to become motivated and do better .. but I can't seem to get into the right frame of mind
I know exactly how to eat healthy
I know exactly how to move more
Just need a massive kick up theatre to get me going ...
I've hit rock bottom so just finished off 4 cookies to make me feel better 😩😩😩
If it wasn't so pathetic it would be funny

She's clawing the carpet and had a poo so I'd say it's a success so far

Aww, she looks gorgeous! I wanna Daisy! Good that she's had a poo. She obviously feels at home.

I forgot to ad, went to the traveling fair today. Didn't take a diazepam, yay. BUT I did have some deep fried doughnuts with a white chocolate dipping sauce. I regret nothing!
