Feel fat bloated sweaty ugly unfit and just bloody awful
Have been trying forever to become motivated and do better .. but I can't seem to get into the right frame of mind
I know exactly how to eat healthy
I know exactly how to move more
Just need a massive kick up theatre to get me going ...
I've hit rock bottom so just finished off 4 cookies to make me feel better 😩😩😩
If it wasn't so pathetic it would be funny

I'm having a hair cut tomorrow, first one in two years. I have had the same long hair forever, all one length that I put up pretty much everyday. I'm so bored of it.

I want a proper hair style 😁

I'm doing OK. Had another massive craving last night, but didn't have anything in so couldn't binge. I'm so glad this morning that I didn't. Normally would have been feeling bad and guilty. Not so this morning!
Funny you should say about getting your hair cut Tynks, I booked my mobile hairdresser yesterday! I used to always have my hair long, at least bra strap length. At the begining of the year though I had a layered chin length bob, but I've never really been happy with it. I asked the hairdress to book me in in September to allow me to grow it a bit, then found this hairstyle:

And love it! The earliest appointment I can get is in the beginning of August. I'm looking forward to it though.

Be careful as it takes a lot of maintenance... looks great for 2 weeks then it just looks thick and clumpy
I get mine cut every 4 weeks and it's also very difficult to jazz it up
I always said if the Queen ever invited me to dinner I'd not look any different lol
And with my face looking fatter just now , it's not great
However when I am a perfect weight with beautiful tiny features I'm sure I'll be stunning in her dreams 🤨

I love that @73kittycat73 but I am no way brave enough. Also, like babe said about the constant trimming, I don't think I could keep up with it to keep it looking good.

I was contemplating a bob, but then I thought that would mean a daily blow dry to keep it looking good plus regular trims.

Having long hair means I visit the hairdresser every couple of years.

I'm definitely having a fringe cut in, I'm confident to trim a fringe as I trimmed my daughters for years when she was small so I've had lots of practise. Have also decided on collar bone length, at the moments it's just under my bra. I would also like some different lengths round my face to get away from all one length.

I'm scared if I'm honest. Most women love the hairdressers but I would prefer a teeth scale and polish 😂

Aww, I never used to get my haircut often either Tynks. It used to be down to my bum! Some of the hairdressers are quite rough aren't they? I think they forget there's a person under that scalp!
I hope the fringe cutting goes well, sounds like you've got it anyway.

@Tynks I have mixed feelings about hairdressers too (I also have long hair). I loathe the mirrors! Something about the harsh daylight I guess 🤣

@66babe thanks! Yes I have been in such a good mood all morning. I was singing in the supermarket, I expect i got a few funny looks. It was only from 9st12 to 9st7 but it makes a big difference to how I look (I am 5ft 4).

Lots of meat and dairy, very little sugar, reduced wheat, and cutting out vegetable oil and other high omega 6 products. It's been so much easier than other diets.

It's actually a nice way of eating and I find I don't really want sugar and processed foods as much as I did so I will probably just continue and see if any more lbs come off! In the hazy and distant past I used to weigh 9st... that would be nice!

Well, the someone from the LL office did actually come out today. My loo was making very weird noises every time you flushed. He put a new washer on it somewhere. It now whispers as I don't want to tempt fate works. Only taken since Saturday. rolls eyes
Can I upset everyone by talking about the Christmas word? If you have Sky TV, Movies 24 has gone Christmas for the month!
I'm a total Christmas nut. I've already bought my Christmas planner, ribbon for presents, and some tree decorations. It'll almost be here, someone put the sprouts on!

I have a friend who sometimes does a full Christmas dinner party in the middle of June 😁

I heard them talking about Junemas on Capital radio a while back
People were planning family get togethers and a full Xmas dinner for 25/6
Probably because freedom day was supposed to 21/06

I love sprouts but would never eat them any day apart from Xmas day
