Eating more fruit and veg

Starting this to keep me accountable!
I am lazy with fruit/veg, I like it and eat most stuff if it's put in front of me
Decided rather than a "diet" I want to up my fruit, veg and salad and that way naturally cut down on the processed carbs etc as hopefully I should be fuller from the more low calorie/high volume stuff

Tonight's meal
Cheese (I did weigh 30g as well, cheese is life), mushroom omelette with salad
White chocolate protein yoghurt with strawberries (I only eat them when British ones are out and these were delicious)

Feel free to add ideas or join in please

B - clear protein shake
L - wrap with chicken trimmings (cheap from Morrison's and perfectly fine!), salad and tzatziki (lower cal than mayo and has cucumber in so double win), bag of discos and 60 cal Alpen bar
Snack - banana
Tea - not a clue yet. Thinking mushrooms in garlic sauce with.. something

B: porridge with stewed rhubarb. Have been making it with only a tiny bit of milk and more hot water - it actually tastes no difference to me.
L: yesterday - roast pork & chutney sandwich, tomatoes; today - M&S hot smoked salmon & new potato salad
D: yesterday - chicken, pepper, spinach & avocado pasta with sun dried tomato pesto, raspberry pavlova; today - beef stew, peas, raspberry pavlova

Garlicky mushrooms sound lovely QueenPaw.

Nothing exciting to report!
Mostly wraps as above for lunches this week
Doing a batch cook tomorrow of chicken and mushroom mash topped pie which I'll have with veg. Need to plan a pasta bake type as well
Buying tzatziki again as really enjoyed it with a wrap
