Fattest I've ever been, time to take action, who's with me

I'm the fattest I have ever been and need to take drastic action for the sake of my health and sanity. I am 15st8 🤦‍♀️ was a stone lighter at nine months pregnant!!

Going to weigh in every Monday and hoping some of you lovely ladies will join me so we can keep each other motivated.

Breakfast was great - swap the bread for mushroom & reduced fat bacon medallions with no fat on them - loads of protein!

Lunch -
salad or salad wrap with chicken, turkey or tuna
Homemade Soup

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

I’m 4lb down first week!!! So bloody pleased and it’s given me a right kick to continue!

Feeling so much better in myself already. 1 stone 3lb to go. Going to do another HIIT on YouTube once the kids are in bed

Was wondering if you lovely ladies could help me answer this. I've lost four stone this year and feel uglier and fatter. I know how can I feel I look fatter but I honestly do. I bought new clothes today a size 16 as I like baggy clothes and they aren't even baggy although they aren't tight either. Since they came I just think I look so fat. I honestly wore a size 16 at four stone heavier. I don't get it. My coat is a 14 I can do that up now as couldn't before so I guess that shows me I'm thinner. But these clothes were same shop as other size 16 clothes at four stone heavier. I'm honestly quite upset so just wondered what people think. Thanks.

And if not fatter the same size as before. It's not like me to be upset over this but I was looking forward to my new clothes and just see rolls and love handles. My weight is top end healthy so maybe I should loose two more stone. I just thought four stone I'd be a size 14 even though I prefer larger clothes but today's clothes are fitted wouldn't need a 14. I don't get it.

I am soooooooo fat. Bigger than when I was pregnant. 😭 My clothes don't fit. I look disgusting.
New year and I will be thin by the time COVID19 has gone! 😁😁😁

@SendHelp30 its lunches at work that are hard but I definitely need to come up with some better ideas im going to try and find time to make a crustless quiche.

Meal plan tonight to start fresh tomorrow. Will keep going.

I downloaded the couch to 5k App, this week I’ve done three runs. We have cooked every night and I’m eating much better. Not weighed myself yet but figured if I keep doing what I’m doing, it will start to show!

Not done terrible today but had no energy either. I've been suffering pretty badly with my mental health lately and the last 3 days it seems to have really plummeted. But I ate okay and i can try again tomorrow. Well done to the losses!

Please help, feeling so down 😢. I got off to a good start last week before NYE now just can't seem to get my head into it again. Feel like a failure and it's only 5 days into the new year 😢

I lost 6.5lb this week doing 18:6 (stuck to it 100% aswell)

Start weight 14st 13.5lb
Current weight 14st 7lb.

I’ve found it fairly ok doing 12-6 but I think I’m going to alter it 11.30-5.30pm as that last half hour waiting for 12 to eat i start pacing around checking the clock every 20 seconds 😂

👋 hey ya everyone im joining this thread im let myself go completely,I weigh 16 stone 7 lbs im only 5 4 so very fat! Look and feel so yuck, tired bad skin worn out lazy and no motivation at all, and with covid im worried about my health so want to lose some serious weigh ASAP..

Wanting to get to about 11 maybe 10.7 but for now 11 will be great, I use to be pretty and now im not at all I dont feel like myself when I look in the mirror I dont even recognise me.. im going to start today and make sure I get off my lazy arse and walk for an hour everyday at least.. even walking is hard at the moment so to me that will be an achievement. Once I've got my first stone off I'll look to up it but for now thats my plan and to eat low carb and low cal x 1400 roughly. Nice to have people on the same journey. :) x

Can I join please? I'm not quite the biggest I've ever been but it's very close. Not 100% sure how much I weigh but it's 17stone-ish. My clothes are tight, my knees hurt and little things make me breathless.
I'm trying to arrange life insurance and struggling to find anyone that'll take me on because of my weight. I spent last night upset but feeling fighty today.

Im going to read the full thread after work and make a proper meal plan but I needed to post before I lost my nerve.

Weighed in and lost 1lb. So not earth shattering but have installed some good habits this week.

Things that work for me:
16:8
Having a large late breakfast - yesterday I had poached eggs on toast followed by yogurt and fruit. I find if I skimp on breakfast I pick for the rest of the afternoon.

Obviously this only works because I am wfh. I have to find a balance when I am back in the office, especially at the monent when I am loathe to go out to local shops to buy lunch because of Covid.

Am going to keep tally of my stats
30/12 - 17st 4.8lbs
6/1 - 17st 3.8lbs - 1lb

Well done all the weight losses. My weigh in day will be Saturday morning. Doing well so far. Just hoping the carb cravings don't kick in.

I've got the 16:8 working, but I'm still eating too much and having some unhealthy stuff. I've been noticing recently that every programme I watch on TV is full of people so much slimmer than me and I'm gutted because I used to be slim. I know I'll never be as skinny as I was in my 20s but I want to at least get to a size where I don't feel fat. It just feels so far away at the moment...
