Steps are woeful here, food is ok ish, too many treats slipping in though and have stopped tracking again. Even though scales has dropped back to 178, happy scale is =0.25. Not upset over it, it's just a number and I'm doing stuff right now.

My uncle had to go to hospital Tues, he's my godfather and is 71, they're doing tests but we're not sure what for yet, but we know it's not covid, he was breathless and sleeping a lot. Dm is with me so Df is dealing with it alone at home.

I know tracking is a ball ache but if you're noticing the treats creep, it might do you a favour to get back on top of it. Even just track the treats on a bit of paper. Keeping them in check will do you far more good weight wise than steps. Your poor uncle, I hope he's ok and they figure it out soonThanks

Lining was great so embryo transfer is scheduled for next Thursday! Really pleased.
Having a quick breakfast of 1 egg, 50 g salmon and 50g avocado.

Lunch today minestrone soup, dinner - baked pollack with pea and spinach purée and a mix of real chips and celeriac chips.

am both up and down. 77.1kg. so up from the 76kg but not as high as it could have been.

breakfast was a breakfast wrap made by dh - spinach puffs, hash browns and veggies (goodbye veganism!)

Yep, it's a shit show alright - everything doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough will do. I'm down .2 today, I wonder what I bother for some days, then I remember I can't easily buy clothes so gotta keep going.
Bacon & egg & cheese on a thin sandwich yoke, very tasty. No exercise done at all, will get a short walk to drop off shopping to parent later. Might set a time in my calendar to do an on demand class. Pretend like it's something I'm going to....in my shed

Crap day here too, that's just the way at the moment I guess. It was going well to a degree, and then wine, and then kids arguing and then chocolate. Had some small wins with exercise/steps at least.

Weight down .6 on yesterday. I've a loss of .2 this week so far. I got up & did a 40 min body pump and 30 mins jogging on the treadmill. Chained to the desk for most of the day now. 5,000 steps done so that's something. Haven't fessed up to mfp on last nights pity party. I suppose I should

Forgive me mfp, I'm a greedy lump! Wasn't too bad all things considered. I reckon I'll be in a heap tomorrow as my arms are already achy after this morning's weights. I don't know what to have for dinner tonight, I'm clean out of inspiration.

I don't think signing back on will help, they'll just tell you what you know and if you're really lucky you'll get the face taken off you.
First and foremost calories king, decent fibre means mostly decent food. 15,000, 2-3 litres of water, only 20% sh*te and no moaning lol. He'd love my never ending moan fest for sure. F'all levelling up with me!
