Tried out my step this morning, got over 4,500 steps in 50 mins, certainly got the blood pumping. Then a round about walk to shops got me up to nearly 14,000. Scales in the 164's, was 166's yesterday.
I'm still trying to eat fruit for in between snacks life, and a slightly sweetened coffee. It's still going ok. Of course then I mess it up on weekends with fruit coming in wine form but small wins here & there help I hope

I had leftovers croissant for breakfast so not to waste what ds didn't want as he ate hardly any

No weight today as not bothering this week. Trying to get calories under control
Also didn't track crackers yesterday so line under that

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2021 09:54

Ya that was partly the reason, but partly because it felt bold too Grin

My fitbit is dead, noticed that before I walked yesterday, still haven't charged it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2021 10:06

Unfortunately I appear quite insulin sensitive. I'm now hugely hungry. Seems to happen more and more if I eat earlier in the day.

Pizza is only cheese and tomato on bread. Like a sandwich ish Grin

Gensola · 26/01/2021 10:33

I love pizza for breakfast but sadly DH always eats all my leftovers so there usually isn’t any left in this house Grin

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2021 11:07

I will throw out the garlic pizza bread as that's gone too dry Sad

life if you had a protein shake would that be ok?

I'd poached egg with avocado and relish on wholegrain bread at 10am, think today is mega carby, might be having leftover peri peri chicken risotto for dinner

Lunch is a ham and cheese toasty and a kiwi

Not2bObvious · 26/01/2021 11:50

I made a egg & sausage patty mcmuffin but with a sandwich thin rather than a English muffin, saved 70 cals which I spent on my mid morning banana. Going to have quorn nuggets for lunch. Fakeaways galore today!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2021 16:30

I had a protein shake and it helped marginally.

Bigger all steps as though I was going for a walk so didn't do. Morning class to fit in work
Cold and raining now = can't face it

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2021 19:03

Went for a walk. Now on 10k steps

Mrsmadevans · 26/01/2021 19:29

Evening everyone Smile
Had a lovely tea , bacon , beans, eggs, toms delicious!
Everyone sounds like they have had a good day especially steps / exercise wise Smile

Not2bObvious · 26/01/2021 19:51

Slightly over calories, was under by 400 yesterday so being 78 over isn't a disaster. 18,000 steps so that's good. Back on the bacon mrs😉

Food today was much better - tracked it as best I could and think it was around 1200. Didn’t manage a cycle as had a super busy day at work but got to 13,000 steps and hoping to get it to 15000 around the house before bed.
Food was decent - Breakfast was 1 egg, smoked salmon, leftover neeps and carrots.
lunch tomato soup with a spoonful of leftover haggis on the top of it, slice of brown toast. Dinner was a heck chicken burger, mash potato and a massive pile of thinly sliced sprouts fried up with chestnuts.
Snacks: apple, satsuma, 1/2 a banana and some raw carrot sticks with hummus.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2021 10:23

You can actually get a decent amount of food out of 1200, I just found I couldn't get any treats. I'm a treats fiend. You're doing fab gen, no need for a biking session with those steps. I have an exercise bike, maybe I should look at the LM bike workouts. It's no peloton though, it'd probably collapse if I tried anything fancy!
Down to 163 today, around half a pound less than last Wednesday. I feel like I'm constantly circling the drain, maybe not the best analogy. My average is down a pound this month, from the 4th to today. I think I'd manage this lockdown better if I didn't care about weight. But since I can't buy clothes (easily) I can't gain, I have to at least maintain.

This going to the office lark is not good for the waist line

I know ! l do love bacon so l could never be vegan although l don't eat much meat tbf. That is one hellova lot of steps Not well done! Gen fab step total ! A round of applause here for you Grin Life my Dd2 says everyone brings stuff into her office all the time! She feels under pressure to take stuff/eat it too she feels mean if she doesn't contribute although she feels that this will change now because of the pandemic and the realisation of the germs that can be transmitted through the food being shared/opened. Jacket pots/beans again tonight but they are so comforting Smile Have a good day everyone Smile
lifelongfrugaleer · 27/01/2021 17:00

Ha it's because I had double greggs. Sandwich for lunch and breakfast. I ran out of calories at 12.00
Only done 8k steps as for a lift home as boots rubbing feet

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2021 17:08

Very short of steps, barely 8,000 and too rainy to go out. House stepping it is. Hopefully get 10,000

ememem84 · 27/01/2021 17:11

extremely low on steps. only 1900. i thought i'd done more than that. had intended to do more but been chained to laptop for most of the day and whilst i delivered some things to friend who lives about a 10 minute walk away, it was chucking it down with rain. so drove there.

ememem84 · 27/01/2021 17:11

not eaten much today though. small bowl of frosties (mine and the dis faves!) for breakfast, veg stir fry and rice (it was mostly veg if i'm honest) for lunch and soup and bread for dinner.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2021 19:47

I've that bottomless pit feeling, I've blown through my 1800. I think I'll have to go to bed with a tea. Don't want to cock up this early in the week. 11,000 steps - that's my lot

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 27/01/2021 19:52

Blown here not

ememem84 · 27/01/2021 21:24

Pilates done. Needed a decent stretch.

Gensola · 27/01/2021 22:59

life my office is a nightmare of cake, biscuits and chocolates. I’ve no excuse now I’m WFH except that DH is a feeder! Grin

Having a rough week with work, just so much on and hardly a moment to spare. Having to get up super early tomorrow to work before my lining scan at the fertility clinic which is at 0830. I had a 2.5 hour meeting today where most people had their cameras off so I turned mine off and walked up and down, managed 11,000 steps thanks mostly to that!
Tomorrow I have five hours of online lessons where I have to be sitting and typing etc so it will be a real challenge to get any steps in at all.
