Well f’it, you’re entitled to be honest as a customer! But my gosh, there’s a lot of emperors new clothes chatter about it for sure.
Just back from a bit of a jog and walk, trying to reintroduce a bit of jogging. That’s my second time this week. Barely more than a walk but it makes me feel a bit fitter. Off to shower & weigh, totally cheating but is trying to sweat off bloat earned from wine/crisps and chocolate a bad thing????

I'm getting into the habit of doing aerobics before the day dates. Gets my 5-6 k steps in the bag.

And no. I often do a bloat pummel via fitness. Just remember to bring more more water so you don't make the cycle worse.

Just weighed lost 1lb! Very happy as haven't been recording my food this week. No really bad food but not great either. Will catch up once I've made my tea!

Up .4 this week using 4 weigh ins as the basis for this. It’s totally fair enough, with great luck I might be able to pull it back this week.
First week in 5 I haven’t had to do a family help thing so I’m going to relax today. Tomorrow might be a big spike but I’ll take the advice life and up the water. Need to start doing that regardless, I’m a disaster with water

I’m really struggling with motivation this week. Eating gone a bit wrong and still struggling to find the will to exercise! I have a feeling it will catch up with me tomorrow

I on the other hand, am not. I've still been exercising everyday, but my eating has been immense! Lots of snacks, which really needs to stop, I've got shopping coming later, so I'm going to meal plan and then plan some more!

My weight has been bouncing between 11s10 and 11s12, so not great, need to just sort it out really.

I've put all of my food into MFP for the day. I find that it really helps to have it set out in black and white.

You’re still the right side of 12 stone curvy, so you’re not doing too much damage. Totally agree about meal planning to help. Been listening to a podcast where they talk about 3 plates, 2 snacks a day as an alternative to calorie counting - not necessarily all the time either. You can eat like that a few days a week. I was wondering if that’d work for me Monday-Thursday, but I dunno.
Sunday’s seem to be my sit back & ponder my dieting mishaps! And think of something new to try for the following week. Ultimately looking for something that’ll help me eat less
Motivation is tough these days lane, I have none. All I have is moments of “get the f’up eedjit” from time to time and that sometimes helps. Having minimum step goals means I push to get out for a walk - if I’m walking I’m not eating for a change. Of course I’m lucky enough to be able to do that, I know not everyone else is.
Just saw you say you’re doing your aerobics early life, that’s a great idea

Motivation is difficult. Don't think I have to do exercise think I shall go for a walk. Start with any movement and it shall build from there lane. I get a lot of mine from family walks. Two birds one stone.

You will get it back curvy. Add wreck says plan plan plan.

Dd and I met my friend and her son at the park for a socially distant catch up while the kids had a kick about, so got my steps in! 12839, not too shabby!

Yes I think if I put all of my food in mfp it will help, really liking the idea of the plates as well!
