Hi all, does anybody want to buddy up through weight loss journey? I'm feeling really positive. I have 6 stone to loose in order to qualify for any fertility treatment.

I'm on sole source, step one. Sticking to shakes this week. Might have some "meals" next week. Might treat myself to a bar next month.

I feel like the bars could be a slippery slope
for me... I prefer cutting all solids out.

Yes I know, not the healthiest diet long term.. I have no intention of gaining it all back. It's not for everybody, please be nice :) I need a kick start.

I am on day 23, I get weighed on a Monday night, started with four stone, four and a half pounds to lose and have lost a stone and 2 pounds in the three weeks!

My favourite products tend to be the shakes made into Mousse, love the new Caramel Chocolate Shake made into a Mousse - feels like a proper treat.

You are further along the road than me. I am only on about day 9 and I'm finding it hard going today to be honest. Does it ever get easier?

@Campervan69 my second week was my worse but now I feel like it’s routine and I don’t question it. Do you feel like it’s getting easier?

Chewing gum is my life saver at the moment. It distracts me and takes the horrible taste away!

What products have you been having? X

I don't really feel it's getting easier no. I have a smoothie for breakfast which I like. Then raspberry favouring to add to iced fizzy water all day. Cups of tea with dash of milk. For lunch I have a soup and again like all flavours so mix it up. This week I can have 200 cals for tea so I have chicken breast with cherry tomatoes. Then I've already had my last shake. Had chocolate which I didn't like much. And I feel hungry still.

@Campervan69 I think potentially you are spreading your day out too long? I try not to eat until about 11.30, normally porridge, bar at 2.30/3 ish 200cal dinner then bites in the evening.. it may not work for you but I find if I eat first thing I'm starving all day long. My morning is made up with brews and water!! X

@Campervan69 have you tried the sweeties using the mix a mousse and water flavouring? These really help me when I’m hungry!

Also if I don’t drink enough I feel so hungry. X

@Campervan69 I definitely agree with Maddison keep motivated and don’t question it. I’m on my 10th week and there are up and downs..but it’s the sacrifice that will pay off. And a journal helps a lot. Remind yourself why you are doing this.
Jot down how much you have got to loose and how much you have lost and how much till your next goal. If you have come this far and especially what you have been through emotionally recently..you can definitely do this xx

I have my weigh in yesterday and thank god I didn’t plateau..lost 1.9kg which is 4.1lbs

Total weight loss needed 63.6kg which is 140.1 lbs

So far weight loss to go 42.4kg which is 93.4 lbs

So far lost 21.2 kg which is 46.7lbs

Bring on week 10!

Oh btw ladies I tried one their new snacks called flava beans in flavour lemon and chilli and ohhhhh myyy they were delicious..I mixed in a little bit more chilli powder but nice to have in my hand bag when everyone around you is eating..one bag equals to 100 calories which is amazing. Definitely recommend it xx

I'm ploughing on. I love the raspberry favouring to add to iced fizzy water. Try that to see if it helps with the water intake.

I don't think I'm losing much this week sadly. But I'm sticking to it as much as I can.

Gosh I’m struggling today. I’ve had 2 biscuits and some chocolate. I’m pretty stressed at the moment and I always turn to food when I’m stressed. Hopefully I can get back on it tomorrow.

It's hard breaking the habit isnt it. I'm not hungry but keep picking at things that I shouldn't!! Need better willpower thats for sure.

The last few days have been a real struggle but still managed to stick to step 1 100%

I was 11 stone ! I have lost 6 inches off my waist ! It’s hard going! But when you try clothes on and they fit... the feeling is amazing !

That's amazing very well done.

I know. I wouldn't need to buy any new clothes I have a whole wardrobe full of stuff that doesn't fit so keeping that as my focus. However it's been hard this week I've been adding extra fruit to my smoothies to be honest to make sure that my immune system is high so don't think I'll have lost much this week.

weigh in last night, i lost 2 and 3/4 Pounds, total of 1 stone 5 3/4 in 4 weeks.

Water intake wasn't as good this last week so need to get back on it before next weigh in.

Also grabbed 2 weeks worth of products just in case my consultant comes down with something - I don't want to have to stop because of the virus!

I lost 2lbs and as I had cake several times over the weekend I was lucky to lose that.

Losing motivation a bit as our holiday is obviously off now. Hard to diet through this madness.

Congratulations on everyone’s weight loss..I have to say with isolation rules..it’s making the diet easier..I had my weigh in and lost a total of 2.1kg which is 4.6lbs...so happy with the results.. bring on week 11..

I hope everyone is keeping safe through this pandemic xx

How is everyone doing? I lost 1lb this week but it’s not a shock coz I cheated loads.

I’m not sure whether to carry on with this for now or not. I am due to weigh in on Tuesday. I’m might make that the last one. My holiday is also cancelled, which means I have lost motivation a bit. I don’t need to lose the weight quickly now. So I could do a less extreme diet for longer. Decisions, decisions.
