hey everybody! ds was keeping me on toes!! hope to lose a few lb that way
i thought about creating a "baby gym video" - like: (weight)lift your baby (arms); lie on back and baby on legs and lift it; carry it under arm and run around; put it into cot upstairs and have things to do downstairs and baby keeps calling you; ... ! dang, we'll be fit soon
trying to be good; cooking lots of veggies lately and try to stay away from pasta and bread - hard so
had a few cookies today

but besided that i am feeling great

champs · 06/10/2004 23:35

hi susi!! glad you're doing well. The baby gym vid would make you lots of money

Forgive me MNers for I have sinned. I have been to Devon (and you can guess what's coming next, can't you?).

You know I said I was restarting my diet? Well we managed to get loads and loads of exercise (v.good) but also ate loads and loads of naughty cakes and cream teas .

My own stupid fault for starting the diet a week before we went away, I knew I wouldn't be able to resist. I haven't actually put any weight on (I'm in shock at that) but I think I need a huge kick up the bum to get myself going again.

Anyone care to beat me up a bit?

glitterfairy · 08/10/2004 20:18

OK Whip out and extra beating as am jealous. I love cream teas! I can understand though on hoiday and at times of stress.

OP posts:
TraceyP · 08/10/2004 20:43

I really do need that whip, gf. All those lovely clotted cream teas have sapped all my willpower and I need to get myself back into gear. I let the reins out a bit too far! I'd like to kid myself that all the walking cancelled out all the clotted cream but even I can't convince myself of that.

I'm giving myself an imaginary kick up the backside as I speak.

teadrinker · 08/10/2004 21:43

Can I join you gals. I'm a blob who wants to be a twiglet.

I hate the media saying 'an enormous size 16' and stuff like that. I'm flaming 6ft 2 tall and at my ideal weight (pre DD1) I was a size 14.

I want to get there again - moral support anyone??

glitterfairy · 08/10/2004 21:46

From us all teadrinker no problem.

We are all very supportive on here and cheer each other up when it gets bad!

OP posts:
teadrinker · 08/10/2004 21:48

Speaking of moral support I have a TaeKwonDo grading on Wednesday and am so nervous.

champs · 09/10/2004 02:26

welcome, teadrinker.

glitter--- thats more like it!!

susi--- see, now you unleashed glitter's whip... bet you wont do that again in a hurry

< kicks Traceyp> might need to bend my foot round and give myself a kick as I haven't been my best today.... coconut cake...2!!, but it was pointed and added to my allowance.

glitterfairy · 09/10/2004 07:52

teadrinker grading what is that? Is it like judo and a belt thing? Good luck !

OP posts:
glitterfairy · 09/10/2004 07:53
