B. 1/2 bagel with peanut butter
L. 1/2 bagel with 2 scrambled eggs
D. chicken, lentil and spinach dish, a bit awesome that one, fruit yoghurt, 1 piece of dark chocolate, 1 glass wine
Tea and coffee (I have this every day but don't list).
I did actually get a craving for a particular biscuit-sweet, which is quite rare. I might have 'caved' but I couldn't be bothered to go to the corner shop at 9 p.m.
Its been 6 weeks now for me, I've lost around 7 pounds which I'm very happy with.
I've also decided to have a diet "break", probably for about a week. I've read these can be good for morale and consolidation re. moving towards a new "set point" (which cannot be hurried and can only be done over time). Apparently "diet breaks" are not about just "eating anything" - its about going from "diet" mode to "maintenance" mode for a while. Funnily enough, I feel I'm entering some kind of "plateau", so I think it might even be timely/helpful for me to do this right now, ride the wave so to speak. Plus, I'm going away for 5-7 days, so good timing for that as well.
Re. sweet tooth lameenough, I have one! So your question made me think. I still take sugar in my tea and coffee, btw, and I still fancy some sweet things, but they are usually quite specific. I also think a sweet tooth can be tamed to some extent - e.g. I find as my 100 days has gone on I fancy peanut butter just as much as marmalade. Finally, some slim people do enjoy eating sweet things, e.g. a cake treat now and again etc - but I suspect they just treat these things as treats, not everyday. That said, not having a sweet tooth would make it easier ... though I personally can't understand why anyone would not have a sweet tooth
