It would be lovely to have some company.

I'm going to use today to stock up on healthy food and purchase some bathroom scales.

@seren10 I'm actually taking a break from it until Friday, apart from the essentials like school runs today. Tomorrow is definitely going to be a complete write off.

I brought them back for a refund and started on this weight loss journey, facing up to the fact that loose, elasticated clothes hide a multitude of kilos!

Oh, you can't beat loose, elasticated clothing. But, for some reason, I've opted for a yellow dress which just fits me again (since I dropped a couple of kilos) and has absolutely NO give. If I partake in an Extra Strong Mint, you'll see the outline of said mint through the dress Grin

Still, it's super summery and I think that it looks nice Blush It'll slip on no probes in a week or two. Yaaay.

Ended on 652 yesterday which is 152 over because I'm doing 5:2! Never mind.

Today is another '2' day so hopefully I'll stay under 600

No weight loss here so far. And finding it extremely difficult to stay under 1200! I've only been having porridge, smoothie, salad for lunch and fish and rice or chicken jacket potato for dinner I'd cut more carbs but I'm starving all day! Also had a glass of wine last night which didnt help 😮 finding it harder than I thought! And i found out yesterday my ab muscles are split so cant do press ups or sit ups 😞 will keep plodding on....

Wow guys some of those calorie totals are so low, I can just about manage 1600 and still find myself starving all day!

I had a domino's for dinner last night....didnt realise just how calorific pizzas are! Hopefully back on track today.

I imputed my data and goals into MFP and thats what it said I needed to eat to reach my goal @theneverendinglaundry 😞 it's so hard. I've missed my porridge today and feeling ok atm. Just drinking alot of water to try nip hunger in the bud. Might have a tuna mayo jacket potato for lunch! X

I find it easier to fast then have bigger days so I don't get bored.
Yesterday and today are tough days but I'm out for dinner tomorrow night so I'll be feeling relatively guilt free

I can’t do calorie restriction, i find cutting carbs/fasting easier. I can at least fill
Up on lots of veg/protein and feel full or fasting and having a normal meal

Feeling mega shit and deflated tonight, eaten well for a week (under 1200) salads, jacket potatoes, fish and rice etc and done some slight exercise and I'm up 3 pounds. What the f. Is it because I'm drinking 3L a day and storing it or what?!!

So I got a cheap Nuband activity tracker off ebay. Today it has recorded 12,000 steps (which I can believe, I've not been out much but have been very active in the house and have lots of stairs). Its telling me that I burned 1200 calories?! That can't be right, surely? I'm pretty sure my Samsung health app only says 500 for the same amount of steps.

theneverendinglaundry I have a Fitbit and it tells me the estimate calories burned since it resets at midnight every night, so not just for the exercise done. So far I’ve used 1332 calories apparently.

I am having a bad couple of days too. Heat, ongoing period and general pissed-offedness but am allowing myself the blip and will start again tomorrow. My son doesn't sleep and he is finding things particularly hard at the moment which makes me want to eat bread. Don't give up everybody!

Due to literally every living thing in my house (both DSs and 2 cats) all causing their own individual drama last night, I got less than 2 hours sleep (so much for an early night!)
I'm having a big dirty fry-up for breakfast and I don't even feel bad

Finding it hard to stick to my diet atm. Husband is doing long shifts at work, so being left with the baby is making me tired and all i want/have time for is quick junk food

My friend came round yesterday and bought me a box of chocolates!!! So kind of her but argh the temptation!!!

I dont think I've lost anything this week. Haven't done enough exercise with the heat, and have had a couple of bad days.

Morning all Big Fat Fresh Starters,

I've had a good week eating wise. However, my scales are not working properly —I'm definitely not 45kg Shock. They've either been affected by the heat or need a new battery. Or both. I've definitely lost weight: I can tell by my clothes. However, I'm probably still a couple of weeks from target (have some eating out planned this week , so progress will be a little slower).

I'll weigh in at my Weight Watchers class on Wednesday and update then.

How is everyone else doing? Keep on with all the good work Smile.
