It would be lovely to have some company.

I'm going to use today to stock up on healthy food and purchase some bathroom scales.

Evening, I need to catch up with this thread but I am logging my weight for this week 10st 12lb. That’s two pound down from last week. Very happy with that.

I'm having a big family bbq this evening. I will not overeat!. I bloody love bbq food but it's probably not good diet fodder what with all that bread with burgers and sausages.

@EvilHerbivore Ditto! Not being disheartened though as it’s really not everyone else fault that I eat like 20 stone body builder Grin! Actually since my initial weight loss I can’t eat anywhere near as massive portions.

Weighed in today and I’ve lost 3lbs. I know my target was 5 but after the weekend just gone ( and it was great) I’m taking 3 lbs and I’m pleased with myself. Couldn’t have achieved it without the walking though.

I'm only showing as having lost a couple of pounds. However ..... the menopause has gifted me something whereby I periodically get crippling abdominal pains and a tummy bloat the size of a house and ..... now happens to be one of those times. Pfft Sad

It'll only last a couple of days so i should get a much better picture next week.

There are some amazing results on here. Well done to everybody. I'm super happy Smile

I'm doing the 5:2 diet.

Yesterday I had 576 calories and I've had 276 this morning.

Will aim for 300 later on!

Well done everyone !! Not such a great one for me - I gained a little BUT it was little one’s christening weekend and had a dinner out and a takeaway with the hubby when he was feeling a bit crappy so just one of those weeks. But I’m not giving up and don’t feel too disheartened as overall I snacked less, definitely exercised some self control at times and exercised more so positive about the coming weeks!! Keep going everyone!

Been a bit naughty. Locked myself out last night and ended up at a friends... polished off a bottle of wine between us :( I did go home and have an uber healthy dinner of salmon, asparagus and green beans though.

Today's been mixed... I had a bacon roll for breakfast (what is wrong with me!!) but then had a tuna jacket for lunch. Meeting the In Laws at the pub after work so I am hoping that it's not going to be another boozy one tonight..!

Will be good Weds/Thurs/Fri I promise! Confused

Im doing okish, im fine when i’m at home but as i’m on maternity i do visit mum/family a bit and they are such feeders, esp my mum so it’s a little hard but im controlling my portions more when around family.

I am utter loser but not of the good kind. Got to find my groove again. Feel really low that I’ve put on 3lbs on holiday then another 2 since I got back.

Can I join in? I know I'm late to the party but need the support as am really struggling to get in the headspace to start again.
I am 10.5lbs and ideally want to get back to under 9 stone. I've done it before low-carbing but over the last year have put it all back on with binge eating sugary crap.
I need to address the yoyo bit but want to lose the weight first.

Well last night was bbq night and I failed miserably at practising any form of restraint. Never mind Grin

After the bbq I was really craving fancy ice cream and I was going to drive ten miles to the supermarket to make a purchase. I didn't go, I decided that I had done enough damage, so that was good right?

Had a nightmare last night at the pub... started with a gin and slimline but progressed onto a medium glass of wine and a portion of battered cod and chips...

BUT on the positive side I did persuade OH to walk there and back instead of getting a cab (beautiful weather) so I got 12,000 steps in at least.

Today I've had a chicken and egg salad. Salmon and Veg for dinner tonight and I am going to go for a run later to try and make up for my shocking couple of days off the wagon.

How is everyone else doing?

Can I join? I am pretty active but snacks and booze are my downfall.

I dont want to calorie count, just trying my best to cut down on snacks and wine!!

Am currently 12 stone, BMI is 26.9 and I would ideally like to lose at least 1 stone.

You're all doing so well, hopefully some of it will rub off on me!

Thanks @seven I've managed to resist snacks so far today. This evening will be the real test! Trying to eat proper sensible filling meals so that I dont get hungry in between.

Trying hard to resist the snacks today - got a poorly baby so sleep has gone to pot which is always when I’m most prone to give into the crappy food!!

Oh yes sleep deprivation does not help. That's when I'm worst too.

I actually ate a banana this morning!!! I ate a lot of them whilst pregnant with my 7 year old, got sick of them and hadn't had on since then!! 😂

I went for a run last night and then walked to Tesco - 17,000 steps yesterday so very happy with that.

Going to go home and have a mushroom risotto for lunch.
