Hi all, made a new thread as the last one filled up so quickly and I'm still bloody massive!Grin

Rules are: be kind, no judging, have a sense of humour, weigh on Wednesday mornings... and no training with Amanda Grin

Yay congrats on the loss emily!

Sorry have been working like crazy. I have a holiday from friday afternoon so need to get ahead at work.

I am down 0.5lbs which is still in the right direction. My eating has been a bit strained by being busy so I really wasnt sure what the scale would say so I am really happy for that.

Havent been to the gym for the last week as not sleeping great so yeah need to get back to that.

Well done everyone!! No weigh for me again - can't wait to get to the bottom of my medical issues to start again. Trying to be good in the new job too!

Hello all, sorry for the silence. I am on holiday in a very magical place and as such will not be tracking down a scale to weigh in and find out just how much junkfood shaped like cartoon characters has made me gain. Having an absolute blast though. Will be back in time to weigh in next week and will worry about it then. Hope you are all doing well!

Anyone still around? Weighed in today and down 0.5lbs from 2 weeks ago. Which is awesome. I have been eating pretty good post-holiday so probably why I got a loss. Was really expecting a gain.

Hope you had a fab holiday moon noodles and excellent news for you tinsel :)
All good with me, still eating fairly healthy and have now stepped up to running or gym x3 a week. Not been weighing for a few weeks as I feel sometimes it has a negative effect, feeling pretty good tho x

This app called Happy Scale breaks down the total goal into little mini milestones, and it's so motivating to reach them instead of thinking "oh fuck I still have all that way to go" Grin

I had a 2 lb gain on the 20th of november and have spent the last 2 weeks to get rid of it. Ugh.

Is anyone else really struggling this time of year?? I want all the tasty goodies. I want roast potatoes! The total lack of sunlight is not helping either. Grump.

Hey everyone
I'm still around, all ok with me, still eating fairly healthy and mostly keeping up the gym/ running etc
Not been weighing myself as pretty sure I've not lost any! And don't want to get disheartened with it all.
I agree moon noodles it is a hard time of year, the cold weather makes me want to eat big hearty meals and thats without all the Christmas goodies! Determined my diet won't go completely to crap over xmas this year tho.
Hope everyone else is doing OK x

Hi mummyb, was only thinking about this thread the other day! How are you? How's the baby?
I'm still dieting, but Im getting good at it now lol, have really stepped up my exercise game too and on my last weigh in I was under 10 stone :)
I've been using my fitness pal a lot to track what I'm eating. Realised that although I was eating heathy before, my go to was always carbs and I wasn't eating enough protein.
Alao Ds2 and I signed up for a challenge to run 26.2 miles during January so that has kept up my motivation for running, I just have 4 miles left to go now.
Hope some others come along for an update would like to hear how everyone is doing x

Hi @emilyjeff lovely to hear your news! Well done on the great diet progress that’s fab. What was your starting weight? Your running challenge sounds a great idea - right now I couldn’t walk that far let alone run haha. Baby is really good thank you - 8 weeks now. I need to stop snacking on biscuits etc when at home!!

I ended last year 4 stone down but it should have been more. I spent october-december yoyoing over the same 5 lbs. But working to get 2020 back on track.

I wonder how the others are doing? @TinselAndKnickers @recklessgran @YouBoggleMyMind

Hi all, still here, still fat. Started metformin again in an aid to help with PCOS and TTC. Things are hard at the minute. I think Tinsel is doing well though!

Hi everyoneeee!! I’m still 12st 11 for some reason Grin need to shift 1st 6lb and then I’ll be at my first goal weight Smile it fluctuates though.

Baby is 8 weeks!!! Oh my gosh how quickly. Just shows how much time has passed since this started up! I’m due to start trampolining for my uni next week so I’m so excited, hopefully will lose a bit more!

Ah the whole gang is still here yay!
Mummyb you're allowed to be heavier than when you started, you've just had a baby! I remember having DS1, imagining he was just gonna pop out and my stomach would be flat again straightaway! Was devastated leaving hospital looking about 4 months pregnant, had to ring DH and tell him to bring me a baggy top in lol
I started at 11 stone ish so lost just over a stone, am aiming to lose about 5lbs more to get me to 9.7 but not too bothered if I don't lose any more now, just need to maintain it!! And hopefully tone up a bit more too.
Moon noodles you've done great! How much more are you aiming to lose?
Tinsel trampolining sounds fab, I used to do it as a kid and absolutely loved it.
Boggle sorry to hear things are not soon good for you at the moment, we're here to listen if you need us
Wonder how reckless gran is doing?
And as its weds tomorrow, does that mean we resume the weigh ins?

Today I am down 5 lbs since the start of 2020 but still up 2lbs from my lowest weight back in november. I am hoping to lose another 20lbs as that will put my bmi in the healthy range for my height. And do some more toning. I also hope to get back to the gym in 2020. I had been doing so well and then I got injured in september and took ages to recover and just fell off. I went once in november and havent been back since. I still get my 10,000 steps most days but I need to get back into the habit of working out. I miss it.

Morning!
I sympathise moon noodles, injury is so frustrating and hard to come back from. I have run on and off for about the past 5 years but usually just as I get fitter I have problems with my shins or my knees and have to stop. I've been really careful this time to step it up gradually and warm up/ cool down etc so hoping I stay injury free this time.
I was 9.12 this morning, same as when I last weighed. Its my time of the month though so my halo has slipped a bit the last couple of days as I always crave chocolate and biscuits
