Plodding along right beside you gruffalos! Thank you for the solidarity.

LittleDoritt · 05/02/2019 10:09

Another STS for me this week. Glad not to have gained, but I have to get focused. I'm sick of seeing the mid 14's. My next goal is 14.2 as quickly as possible.

Fiontar you are smashing it out the park!!!

PinkHeart5914 · 05/02/2019 14:16

Hello all, Hope everyone is ok.

Well done to all who lost or stayed the same.

I’ve just got back from my run for today, going to put my feet up and recover now.
Food for today:
B- poached eggs on toast. Black coffee (no sugar)
L- a small portion of pasta & meatballs from the freezer. A white chocolate kitcat ( was only 207 calories so not awful and I enjoyed it)
Dinner- dh will b cooking chicken & chcickpea curry with broccoli rice

Pinkroseuk · 05/02/2019 19:05

Exactly the same weight again today for me - was hoping to get below the 90kg but seems not -
Salad and chicken wrap for tea and only has one slice toast for breakfast so far today.
Still tomorrow is another day to try harder!

aurorie11 · 05/02/2019 20:31

Had a wobbly weekend and Monday, ate too many rice cakes! But avoided alcohol, bread, biscuits, chocolate etc. Had better day today at a conference and sandwich lunch [hmmm] fortunately there was a canteen on site and managed to buy soup and avoided sandwiches, pastries, cake and biscuits

TulipsInbloom1 · 06/02/2019 07:49

Hi, totally head in sand week thus week. Had a big works night out at the weekend so am up to 13.10 on weigh in. Bound to have a gain at some point I suppose.

Back on it as of yesterday though!!

I have had a near perfect week after the errors of Friday night and feel no different so am not hugely looking forward to (delayed) weigh in tomorrow morning. Hey ho... We shall see!

AwdBovril · 06/02/2019 10:15

I didn't go to my WL group last week as wasn't feeling well, last night I went & I've lost a kilo. Half a kilo to lose, to get to my goal weight for the end of the 12 week period - yesterday was meeting 10. Hopefully I can do that. Still a way to go but if I can lose that half kilo I'll be half a stone down from my starting point.

Went to the gym yesterday. Doing nothing today as I have a migraine & I'm waiting in for a parcel.

wizzler · 06/02/2019 19:57

Good luck Bob... keep at it!

mrbob · 06/02/2019 21:19

Finally seeing a little progress again and down to 82.2kg. Hoping slow and steady wins the race...
I think my lack of exercise is taking its toll and I need to get that sorted next which will hopefully speed things up a bit. 10 days skiing should kick start that! Just need not to be distracted by sake drinking after the skiing!

LittleDoritt · 06/02/2019 22:38

Mmm, I love sake! Sake and skiing sounds heavenly.

wizzler · 06/02/2019 23:09

Good day today. Dh mad spaghetti Bol and I had only a teeny portion of pasta . Am loving a fat free Greek yogurt with honey (Liberty I think) as a pud.

Is Sloe gin bad for me ? Please say no

TheHoundsofLove · 07/02/2019 06:31

It's practically a health food, wizzler ! Grin

Fiontar649 · 07/02/2019 07:28

Morning! Had my first meal out this year, and first glass of wine last night. I feel a bit groggy - I hadn't drank in so long, I am a lightweight 😂 stuck to a "burger in a bowl" so I reckon 75% of my meal was on-plan.

Have family wedding tomorrow, so I am already anticipating a gain next week

WhenCanISleepAgain · 07/02/2019 07:56

Hope the wedding goes well fiontar. You’re doing so well and any gain from tomorrow will likely be a blip that you can recover from quickly.

Well done others too and especially those keeping going after wobbles!

PinkHeart5914 · 07/02/2019 14:02

Hello all. Hope your all ok

Wizzler Your be ok with a couple of gin & tonics. Gin and things like cava etc are the lowest calories if you are looking to lose a few pounds.

Fiontar649 Enjoy the wedding tomorrow. I don’t see why you will gain next week as tomorrow is just 1 day so more than likely you will reecover from that by weigh in day.

Had a terrible food day yesterday basically if it was food I ate it! I’m ok today however, been for my run and my food for today is;
B- bowl of shreddies. Coffee
L- chicken salad sandwich, multi grain bbq crisps
D- is going to be chorizo and lentil stew. 1 glass of wine will be had

meow1989 · 07/02/2019 19:32

Just weighed, down 4.2lb since 1st Jan, slow but steady! Aiming for another 20 or so by September (sister's hen do then wedding the next month) so am hoping I can continue at this rate and keep off!

wizzler · 08/02/2019 16:16

Keep going everyone... I need this thread to keep me on track.
Sat in X-ray dept with DH who has a trapped nerve we think. So it looks like I will be doing all the dog walks this weekend... and all the cooking.. so need to steel myself not to just opt for Mac Donald's!

CarrotPuff · 08/02/2019 18:05

My official weigh in day today, and I'm up 1lb. I'm on my period though, and on Tuesday I was 4lbs up! So definitely a bloat. Hopefully it'll go next week...

mrbob · 08/02/2019 22:38

Good luck with the wedding fiontar Don’t go crazy and you will be all good :)

carrot that will totally go next week. And it will feel all the sweeter...

I had an unofficial weigh in today which cheered me up and spurred me on. My holiday is going to fall RIGHT at the wrong time when I am trying to edge below 80kg but am going to try very hard and am hoping the extra exercise will offset the extra carbs

aurorie11 · 09/02/2019 11:09

3lbs down this week.
Now 12 stone 10, total loss 15lbs since 2nd January.
Hope everyone else is having a good weekend x

WhenCanISleepAgain · 09/02/2019 11:43

Well done aurorie! That’s fantastic. Hello everyone else. I’m checking the thread as motivation to keep going over the weekend.

Fiontar649 · 09/02/2019 15:59

Hi all - just home from wedding, a bit tired but not too worse for wear. I didn't do badly food wise, but certainly made up for Dry January. I am surprised that I am not hungover tbh. Stirfry for dinner tonight, early to bed, back on it fully tomorrow

Fiontar649 · 09/02/2019 16:00

aurorie11 - fantastic progress, well done

FATEdestiny · 09/02/2019 16:48

Superb progress aurorie11
