Is anyone else ignoring the ounces? Dh is rounding up/down and I am just ignor8ng completely. Probably to my detriment as it will mean some weeks I will likely show a stay the same or even a gain depending on how many ounces.

Nooooo...the ounces matter! Especially when you lose three ounces in a week...it's a loss! 🤣

But I've set up my spreadsheet with only lbs and stone! I can't change it now I'm too far in!

Ah well Tulip...it just means you'll lose an extra lb one week!

I can't add up in stones and lbs, but kgs are meaningless to me... so I get weighed in old money, then convert new weight to kg, then plug this in my spreadsheet, find how much I have lost and convert it back to lbs! What a palava!

My scales don't have ounces. I am tempted to buy new jazzy scales but knowing my luck they will show that my true weight is 2 stone higher than I realised 😂

I am now kg after moving to Australia. I thought I hadn’t adjusted but now I realise stone and lbs mean nothing anymore
I shall add it to zucchinis, capsicums, thongs and awesome as a measure of my Australian-ness

My scales are in 0.2lb increments. I ignore anything after the . You can lose 8oz one week, and 8 oz the other, but the end result is you lost a lb in 2 weeks. So it doesn't really matter.

Completely fell off the wagon tonight . HUGE bowl of pasta. Send me strength to get straight back on the wagon tomorrow...

To those of you who are struggling, do this for your health. My darling mother died unexpectedly last Thursday aged 61 leaving behind 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She was walking back from her friend’s house and never made it home. We don’t know yet what happened but probably some sort of heart failure. We are all so heart broken because mum was so important to us and we didn’t even get to say goodbye. She was meant to be coming to my house on Friday. My son was so excited to see her, he loved her so much. My mum was overweight (BMI about 37) and had high blood pressure so from medical point of view we never expected she’d go this soon and so suddenly. She didn’t have any symptoms it was coming.

RIP mum ❤️
