3lb off for me this week. Still work-in-progress to lose my Christmas gain, but heading in the right direction and I'm happy.

9km run this morning. I'm doing RED (Run Every Day) January with a 300km goal for the month. I normally run every day so that isn't a challenge. But keeping a daily average distance above 10km every day is hard work. So I've added in breakfast every day when I usually only have breakfast on rare occasions.

Today's food diary:

B - 40g jumbo oats, 200ml semi skimmed, cinnamon cooked on stove top and topped with a chopped apple

L - 1/2 can of butterbeans blitzed with a dsp almond paste to make hummus, 2 peppers, sliced and 3 celery stalks, halved

D - Stove top chicken soup. Stock made from the bones of yesterdays carcass, what was left of the roast chicken, carrots, celery, parsnip, can of chickpeas. Massive portion.

2 litres of squash and far (far, far) too much coffee! I really need to deal with my caffeine habit.

I had noodles vegs and chicken for dinner in anticipation of the weekend! I live for the weekend as I get to be with the kids 24/7.

Weigh in is Friday for me (it is treat day at work Friday so I weigh before it.) feel like I have had 3 wins today:

  1. have lost 4lbs this week so am now at 13st 12.
  2. I didn't really fancy the breakfast butties and had orange instead for breakfast (v v tough to do)
  3. I'm starting to break through the lack of sugar migraines. Today I felt human for almost half on the day.

B- 2satsumas
D- falafal wrap with plenty of crunch
T- sweet and sour chicken made in slow cooker
S- small slice of lemon cake
Rice cake with tsp Nutella

I am sticking religiously to vegan keto and have put weight back on Sad I am just going to keep going and hope it goes away again... I genuinely don’t understand how it would be possible given how little I am allowed to eat! Will give it more time and see what happens

Well done to everyone sticking at their chosen plan. Weight on or weight off. Either way we are looking after ourselves and there will be results no matter how slowly.

When is everyone celebrating their birthdays? I'm May, and determined to fit myself into a nice new outfit, eat a steak the size of my face, and drink at least a whole bottle of prosecco. And I will love any photos of myself taken that night!

If I stick on track, I will have lost over 20lbs by the time I get into May.

Mine is June. The aim is to be comfortable wearing a dress like this whilst I drink daiquiris and eat quesidillas. My legs need serious work for this short a dress though

Morning all.
10.11 this morning, so that’s a 3lb loss in the last two days! Just stayed off the chocolate & walked a bit more.
Hopefully by next weekend i’ll be down to 10.7.
We can do this Grin
