Don’t be sad happier, you’ve more cals now so your sh*te allowance is up to 340 cals a day, you’d get 4-5 of them for that😉
You’re pretty good at not flipping out, if they were in my house they mightn’t last the evening! Couldn’t you have 1-2 each night for something nice? Failing that, bring to work, leave in kitchen just before morning teabreak and don’t return for an hour. The problem will be solved no bother

ChristmasSeacow · 22/01/2019 22:36

Oh and Not, I completely understand, i also worry about my DC having a healthy relationship with food. That matters to me so much, especially for my DD. I feel as though my whole life has been affected by my weight and I really want her not to think even about it, but just eat ‘normally’ and be a normal weight and not worry about it. I do my best to serve good home cooked foods, treats which are mainly a social thing rather than just chocolate (so pancakes for breakfast, making flapjacks or whatever) and we just don’t do things like crisps as the norm. Just as party /picnic food. Nothing is banned, though I’ve only given them water or milk to drink. I really hope it works out. So hard to get that right.

Happierwithouthim · 22/01/2019 23:11

I can't do that with chocolate not2 it's all or nothing 1/2 or 5 just wouldn't cut it.
I've got chocolates piled up here, think I'll leave them out at dds Communion party to be eaten then.

Busy day here, but ate pretty well apart from the most delicious ice cream at the cinema, but I had done a circuits class earlier! At some point I will get chance to contribute more, rather than just posting and running!

You’re still better than me happier, I couldn’t even have them in the house! One bad day and it’d be carnage.
Sigh...another early start, knackered

Wolfcub · 23/01/2019 06:44

Morning all

Dinner will be sausage pasta a la nigel slater
Snack will be fruit and skyr
Breakfast will be toast and lunch will be butternut squash soup

Unescorted · 23/01/2019 06:47

Dear goodness a chirpy blog promo post. I can't even be arsed reporting it..... it serves as reminder why searching these sites out would not be good for the health of my laptop

Early starts are so hard while it is dark. Back later - after a day of trains and meetings

WreckTangled · 23/01/2019 07:33

I'm hungry and cold so having a bowl of ready brek.

Lunch will be the homemade pot noodle again (it's only 120 calories) and dinner is butternut squash soup with cheese toasties (just toast for me). Skyr yoghurt for pudding.

Happierwithouthim · 23/01/2019 08:47

I'd normally make one trip across the office with my pile of paperwork but there's no one here so I went one piece of paper at a time and got myself 600 steps Blush #hopetheydon'tlookatthe camera

I read that post and said the same unescorted couldn't be bothered reporting!

What's the homemade pot noodle recipe wreck it looked lovely, an instagrammable image Grin

Reported. Get yer sales bollox off our thread thanks

Ggreengrass1 · 23/01/2019 13:27

happier I love your style moving one piece of paper at a time. I do that with putting away the washing up.
My 20 min drive to work took 4 times as long todayConfused should've worn decent shoes and walked more at the end it would've been quicker. My bloody watch strap has bust, so have ordered a new 2 off Amazon £17. It's only 3.5 months old so am going to see if customer services will replace. Then I'll have spares. Have duct taped it up for now. 6k steps need to get going on some walking.

WreckTangled · 23/01/2019 13:57

They're out in force today aren't they?!

I'm hoping my Fitbit gets delivered to the collect + location before I finish work as it's just round the corner but I only have an hour and it's not there yet...

WreckTangled · 23/01/2019 14:16

It's arrived!

Happierwithouthim · 23/01/2019 14:48

Excellent wreck look forward to you posting your results from it!

Meant to be running tonight but I think its too icy! Customer services sending new strapSmile
Today eaten porridge
Left over pasta bake
Lemon cake ( loops)
Creamy chicken bake and beans for tea
Skyr!!!
Going to try your homemade pot noodlewreck

Happierwithouthim · 23/01/2019 16:39

Definitely gotta try those noodles.

I'm going to make stock with chicken carcass tonight in instant pot and hopefully some soup after that with it.

Today -
protein shake with all bran, banana and almond milk for breakfast
Fage with blackberries/pomegranate seeds/passionfruit and some golden crunch on top
Quorn tikka masala meal with an apple and pear for lunch
Dinner I'm thinking roast turkey dinner from freezer

not2 I couldn't even begin to think about eating 340kcals of sh*te that would send me spiralling into binge mentality I think.

Bootcamp this evening at 7, think I'll eat dinner first because I'll be starving otherwise and eat like a crazy woman.

WreckTangled · 23/01/2019 16:48

Dh cross I got the Fitbit as he was going to get me one. I said he can pay for it and he agreed Grin

Food today:

Ready brek
Alpen light
2 rich tea
Pot noodle thing
Chocolate rice cake

Dinner is butternut squash soup with toast mmmm
Skyr for pudding
Probably another rice cake

That leaves me 200 calories under Hmm possibly didn't calculate something right? Anyway if I'm full I'll leave it.

Not2bObvious · 23/01/2019 17:35

Your food sounds lovely anyway happier, you probably eat nicely enough not to need the sh*te. You’re better off without if it triggers.
My protein is rubbish today, dinner was meant to be a fancy m&s balanced carbonara with nearly 40gr of protein but it was sickeningSad I don’t know where they were hiding the protein as there was flip all chicken in it. Maybe the sauce had protein powder in. Only ate around half of it. On just over 12,000 steps, I’d like to get a couple thousand more. I really need to get a run done tomorrow morning, makes such a dint in my steps the rest is a breeze! I’ve had to potter around here/there to try get them in without the run.

Wolfcub · 23/01/2019 19:21

Three peppermint creams

Had three slices of a garlic baguette with my (mountain of) pasta for tea but believe me that’s better than sinking a bottle of wine which is what I want to do

M&S butternut squash soup was grim too Not2 it smelled and tasted wrong. I’ve binned what was left in the pot. I seem to have just about for over my painful tum from yesterday’s M&S salad though

In the office tomorrow. I have a pot of fruit and some skyr to take and I will take some apples/clementines. If I have time I will try and have some toast before I leave

Not2bObvious · 23/01/2019 19:25

My lunch was also an M&S veg soup, really poor as well. Threw most of that out too! The food wastage alone, grrr. Much better to eat your cals wolf than drink them & better again something delicious like garlic bread (I always hear Peter Kay when I see those words😂) I’d lovvvvve a cold glass of wine but I’m holding off til tomorrow. Company for dinner and 🍷 essential

WreckTangled · 23/01/2019 19:26

I love garlic bread. I love all bread but I try not to eat it as once I start I can't stop Grin

Sorry you're feeling shit wolf

I need to do my yoga will be an hours worth almost
