I can’t remember how many threads we’ve had now, but here’s the new one.

My plan is to go get back to 1250 calories per day using MFP and my shiny new fitness tracker. I had lost 10lbs from Nov-Dec this way and found it manageable. However, I won’t be starting until Jan 1st as I’ve a few parties and stuff on (and it wouldn’t be a well thought out plan if I didn’t procrastinate about starting).

My goal is a holiday we’re going on at the end of March, I will need to be in a swimsuit for some of it so need to get my shit together.

I think everyone on this thread has tried every diet going so newcomers feel free to join, there’s lots of support and understanding.

It's like a whole different body. Even when I got down to 9 1/2 at I had a belly, it wasn't flat.

I weighed in - it was the highest number in a long time. I’m going to try and do a stone off in 5 weeks, which is 14th June.
Then another stone by 9th August which is 8 weeks. That’s when we would have been going on holiday, it would still be lovely to be slim for a staycation.

Just about to go for a run.
I hope everyone is doing ok.

I've spent tonight looking after myself. I put a hair mask on, fake tanned, painted my toe nails. I forgot how nice it feels to take care of yourself.

Hi everyone,

I too am a fatty and I think I might join you on JD Rachey. My eating habits are rubbish and I feel so lethargic and fat, it’s actually messing with my head a bit.

Adele looks amazing. But there’s something not quite right, she either has incredible structured underwear on or she has had some skin treatments. No judgement, I’d do the same, but I don’t think it was diet and exercise alone.

I’m up for a WhatApp group, it might be easier than here.

It just hit me that our lockdown is relaxing on Tuesday, I’ll have to see other people and wear clothes that are socially acceptable as opposed to tracksuit bottoms. The fear has scared me in to action.

@Pomegranatepompom when you do your staycation will you still try to go away in England? Me and Dh have booked an air bnb in brighton august bank holiday which I am hoping to still do.

We have not got a refund from TUI yet :(

I’ve done up the shopping list with lots of JD foods on it and I’m feeling pretty confident, and also desperate. Come and join in Pom.

My kids are good Rachey, the home schooling is a bit of a head wrecker but we’re doing our best. They get about 90 mins per day which takes up most of the morning. How are your guys doing?

All of our holidays have been cancelled too. It’s such a pity. I hope you get your refund soon. Did you book on a credit card? You’d be able to get it back that way.

Adele definitely had surgery. I bet she feels bloody amazing. That’s what I’d spend my lotto win on.

Started JD this morning. Dry toast and tomato, I’m stuffed (not). I worked out how much I will weigh in 7 days if I stick to it so I’m quite motivated. Even if I manage 5 days I will be happy as I know I’ll lose quite a bit.

Have you stepped on the scales Rachey? I need to do that to keep me motivated. I’m counting down to dinner time. I’m hungry but not starving. How long do you plan on doing it for? I was thinking I might extend it by a few days depending on how I do.
